Come one, come all to the Olli et al. appreciation thread.

Mr C has started wheezing again. Give me strength.

On the upside, might see Nurse Lee tomorrow. Not in my skimpy lace nightie, Spart (good plan tho Grin).

Weezol cat and asbo just have firm boundaries they are willing to defend.

Supersimpkin · 30/04/2019 13:04

Weezolcat = Boadacea. A proud leader of men and women, undaunted by opposition to her pioneering views. She has the most beautiful fur, doesn't she.

Weezol the best word for the pharmacist is 'playful'.

All this Tarantino talk has reminded me i have to clip Mr C's claws. Vet won't do it, too scared.

YesQueen · 30/04/2019 17:25

Home to O. He has lost his miaow and keeps indignantly opening his mouth at me
"I am FUMING mama and it NOT funny"

Me GrinGrinGrin ooh TV without subtitles

TheLongRider · 30/04/2019 17:35

All picture and no sound! Tell him he belongs in a silent movie. That'll teach him for shouting all night.

YesQueen · 30/04/2019 18:52

He's so cross Grin and I keep laughing. Stomped off to ma bush where "nobody laughs at me"

Fluffycloudland77 · 30/04/2019 18:59

Maybe they do but they’ve lost their voice too 🤣

My friend adopted a blind cat today Smile
He has eaten, sniffed and is fast asleep within an hour

cozietoesie · 01/05/2019 23:10
Smile
cozietoesie · 01/05/2019 23:12

Was he genetically blind or was it due to an accident?

YesQueen · 01/05/2019 23:14

@cozietoesie he was hit by a car, had multiple head/jaw fractures and was tube fed and went blind from the trauma
He already has one cat who is a sweet girl with a leg deformity (she waddles like a duck)

YetAnotherSpartacus · 02/05/2019 10:39

Yayay cozietoesie lovely to see you.

Mr C is growing a snowy white little fringe round his nose and cheek pads. The sign of the Elder Statesman.

YesQueen · 03/05/2019 22:43

Got home tonight
Ollie "Mama! I sick!"
Had he thrown up on the nice hard kitchen floor! No
Had he thrown up on the sofa, down the side of it and on the new carpet? Hmm oh yes

TheLongRider · 04/05/2019 00:05

Ollie earlier today.

Boycat managed to sleep right through supper last night. I was on the PC then realised I was 30 minutes late with feeding because I hadn't been alerted to the time by the pathetic squeakings of a starving Girlcat. Called them, put the upstairs hall light on (usual supper routine to alert them), did the food, and Girlcat finally appeared stretching & yawning. But no Boycat.

Nearly 2 hours later go through the bed time routines (Girlcat was on the back of the sofa), went upstairs to find a dozy looking Boycat at the top of the stairs clearly just woken up.

cozietoesie · 05/05/2019 11:35

Is he a mouser?

AsleepAllDay · 05/05/2019 11:39

These cats are so lovely! Really missing having one around the house

Supersimpkin · 05/05/2019 11:46

London is freezing, suspicion of more hail. Electric blanket on, breakfast - latte & Lidl turkey sticks - in bed. We are not moving.

Well, I can't move because Mr C is on blanket, on me, watching Batman Lego movie on pc. Rumbly purring. Bank holiday heaven.

Will do elevenses in a minute - Taste the Difference burger. He ate a whole one yesterday, gave it five stars.

Allergictoironing · 05/05/2019 12:57

Cozie definitely not. Modern house with no mice - did have a couple but they moved out the week the cats moved in. Indoor only cat. Far too stupid and clumsy to catch anything, and would possibly be scared of a mouse he's that fraidy of everything - this is the cat who falls off the windowsill turning round sometimes Grin.

He did dive downstairs once he realised, and normal amounts of wet food had been eaten; Girlcat likes a bit at meal times, but he definitely eats more wet than her.

Nope, reckon he just snoozed away & lost track of time as they do have dry ad lib.

Fluffycloudland77 · 06/05/2019 07:34

Asbo’s own personal hell has been realised. We now have three new cats on the street in the past week.

B&w who miaows loudly outside our kitchen window. It has cheek pouches.
Affable looking ginger with a white bib.
British blue. Huge stocky cat.

He is not happy.

Supersimpkin · 06/05/2019 09:33

They all sound quite large, but not as large as asbo. What are the chances of him not taking the challenge?
