Come one, come all to the Olli et al. appreciation thread.

Mr C has started wheezing again. Give me strength.

On the upside, might see Nurse Lee tomorrow. Not in my skimpy lace nightie, Spart (good plan tho Grin).

Weezolcat does shaky tail, it signifies excitement and delight. Much in evidence when tuna or soup being prepared, also when favoured people arrive.

Supersimpkin · 15/04/2019 09:20

Thanks so much, now I know. Weezolcat is dead cute, with little furry ways signifying preferences and commands simultaneously.

Pate in bed demanded for breakfast again. My pet parenting boundaries are more under negotiation than the customs union in Brexit.

Supersimpkin · 15/04/2019 20:35

How dirty is too dirty? I haven't mentioned this before really but I am struggling to cope with the vomit and faeces that have become part of daily life since the winter.

Two massive sicks today, just had two more. Shit all over the floors again when I came back in from... buying cleaning products.

Will this get better or is it old age? The vet says he's fine.

I will starve him for 24h and see if things improve.

Not Ollie Hmm

Oh dear. Grin

Not to worry. Grin

YesQueen · 16/04/2019 21:35

He's raging
I sat on him (he lay down under me as I was sitting down)
There is no potato. Or beans
I refused to brush him for more than 15 mins

YesQueen · 18/04/2019 22:07

Made Ollie go outside. In the sunshine. And socialise Grin
He spent the whole time sat behind me wailing whilst I talked to the neighbours Hmm

Supersimpkin · 18/04/2019 22:49

Brill.

Is anyone up? Mr C has been terribly sick several times, and is acting odd. He insisted on going out earlier, which he has never done bar when the block caught fire. He has just jumped on the bed, where he can't settle, and mewed and mewed at me.

I think he's in pain, he can't seem to lie down. Am going to try and stay up with him. By some miracle he's kept down a lick of pate with his pills in it.

Was fine yesterday, we had a lovely netflix 'n' groom.

Supersimpkin · 18/04/2019 22:50

Scratch that re the pills- they're reappearing now.

Fluffycloudland77 · 19/04/2019 05:46

How is he now?

DCat · 19/04/2019 08:54

I hope today is a better day for Mr C and you.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 19/04/2019 09:33

All the best Mr C and Lana.

YesQueen · 19/04/2019 10:30

How is Mr C doing?

Supersimpkin · 19/04/2019 12:34

Thanks so much. He's not great. Sick all night, now won't come out from under sofa, giving me big eyes.

However, the puking stopped around 6am so I went to sleep for a bit. Will ring Nurse Lee when I've had this coffee.

Hope everyone's having a cat-tastic glorious bank holiday - amazing weaher, innit - and that I'm the only one with a bank hol vet's bill Grin

Fluffycloudland77 · 19/04/2019 16:16

Who says cats cant read eh?

Supersimpkin · 19/04/2019 17:17

He's kept a prawn down.

London is drenched in sun, absolutely quiet and lovely, the only gentle noises are the music from bars and loads and loads of people in shorts chirruping at each other to pass the beer in the park and the pub.

Thank the stars the appalling retching has stopped. I thought the neighbours were going to get the Council Noise Team round.

DCat · 19/04/2019 17:20

Did you go to the vet?

Supersimpkin · 19/04/2019 20:28

No. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone after 20 min holding. Am hoping it's just a bug, if supper stays in place we should be ok.

Weezol · 20/04/2019 13:17

Chuffing heck Lana, it sounds awful. How are you doing?

Supersimpkin · 20/04/2019 19:49

I am slightly less stressy, partic as Mr C has now deigned to consume a teeny bit of Sheba and asked for more. He is such a trouper, I feel a beast for moaning.

Mind you, my hands are bleeding (eczema) from the blimmin' wiping, no wonder I've got the arse.

Fluffycloudland77 · 20/04/2019 20:20

Is he keeping it down?

DCat · 20/04/2019 20:24

Mr C and Lana Flowers

Supersimpkin · 20/04/2019 21:03

Thank you all so so much. I don't feel remotely as grim, battling puke and a sick animal with just jif for company, knowing the Noble Ladies of the Litter are at my side in spirit. Grin

Everything remains in its proper place within Mr C. I'll think about getting the pills in tomorrow.

Mr C knows there is a big shiny Easter Egg on the table. He knows I want it. So he checked it out. Disgusted to find it was Dairy Milk.
