Yup, weather dissatisfaction here to. We don't go outside, but the rain is 'too loud' and it's all my fault. Even worse I have allowed it continue ALL DAY.

Wistful staring up at the window alternating with slumping in the armchair because it's all too much.

Weezol · 21/11/2018 01:29

And now the furry noisebox is shouting at the rain. Because that worked all the other times.

Ollivander84 · 21/11/2018 06:55

O just killed a spider. Ok I think it was more accidental but he did it Grin
Then came for a cuddle after 🙄🙄🙄

King of the Beasts right there. Well done darling O.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 21/11/2018 11:29

He probably felt guilty. Make sure that tonight's bedtime story is Charlotte's Web.

Ollivander84 · 21/11/2018 12:21

He whacked it with his paw and then looked surprised when he poked it and it was dead

cozietoesie · 21/11/2018 23:23

Although, I confess, he went there, in the first instance, due to Webbox stick parts. 😀

Ollivander84 · 21/11/2018 23:46

Bribery works Grin
O is "resting" after his spider kill. Exhausted

Lana I'm singing the words to the screen 😁

LanaorAna2 · 22/11/2018 00:02

Amateur, C, Mr C sits boot faced by the bed giving me evils until he hears the Dreamies packet crunch. Even then I have to spray the bed with sweets as loudly and flamboyantly as possible before my little humble cat will deign to jump onto my bladder to eat them.

LanaorAna2 · 22/11/2018 10:29

Flood here. Workmen x 3.

Time taken to assess damage, 30 min, emergency team working.
Time taken to get Mr C out of bed to allow gentlemen access: 8 minutes.

Had 3 of them cooing at him. Had to be peeled off.

Ollivander84 · 22/11/2018 10:35

Poor Mr C (and you!) I hope he's keeping his paws dry. Ollie sends a paw hold and says he can have a lend of his personalised towel

OP posts:
LanaorAna2 · 22/11/2018 14:28

Mr C is being served meals on Throw, to avoid wet paws. :)

Ollivander84 · 22/11/2018 14:48

Phew. O was very concerned about wet paws, says they feel MINGING

You have the worst luck with that flat. I’ve never known anything like it.

Did you get asbos pics?.

LanaorAna2 · 22/11/2018 18:49

Yes!!!!! thanks a million. 'Exclusive shots never before published' we can say.

Yes, I know re the flat. You ought to see the building Grin Thing is, the workmen are freely admitting everything is falling to bits thanks to the tax-dodging foreign prop developers hammering away next door. And it's London - no landlord needs to spend any money maintaining housing stock, people are battling to get in as it is.

Mr C and I are living exponents of contemporary urban issues, I say grandly. Admittedly our landlord has been done several times for poor housing by the council Grin

Fluffycloudland77 · 22/11/2018 19:42

My dn has just started working for a company that does cladding, he describes it as “like Grenfell had but ours won’t kill you”.

It’s the kind of advertising strap line money can’t buy.

Their probably desperate to sell the land. Dhs company very grandly buys car dealerships & quietly sells off the sites when they’ve made a hash of it. Rinse & Repeat.

Ollivander84 · 22/11/2018 22:22

I just ran outside because I heard two cats fighting and Ollies pitiful howling. Found two cats glaring at each other and O sat in his bush well out the way doing ShockShockShock faces at them. He bum wiggled back inside all self important Grin

OP posts:
Weezol · 23/11/2018 05:42

If O is out and about on official Neighbourhood Watch patrol he really should be wearing a hi-vis a la Felix the railway cat, Senior Pest Controller at Huddersfield.

Well he'd has a busy day! What with protecting his home from savage spiders, then refereeing the bust up between the other cats, he needed his well earned rest.
