Ollie is zooming around me like a skittish horse. I am associated with EYE DROPS now Hmm and not sweeties. I did produce sweeties which he eyed suspiciously and refused to eat stable cat ate them instead

Madcats · 08/10/2017 18:02

Just popping on to comment that Newboy looks so young, small and cute. That little curl in the tail tells me he is feeling pretty chuffed (but is trying his hardest to disguise the fact). I love watching ours when he has a proper question mark bend (these days it has to involve meat) and that "I am about to do something very important" trot.

Madcat keeps glaring at me because we've only used the wood-burner a couple of times recently.... Apparently it MIGHT get chilly tonight, he tells me.

I’ve started to receive a yowl of complaint when he gets up on the bed and there’s no spontaneous generation of treats. Cheeky chap! Grin

Lanaorana2 · 08/10/2017 19:32

He is horribly sweet Grin

He is feeling secure = adorable. And just a little bit entitled and demanding = more adorable. Grin Grin

Mr C has just snatched a yorkshire pudding off my plate. As I may have mentioned, boundaries appear to be an area of personal development that need exploration. For me, not him.

Bloody hell, he's got a potato now. Dipped it in gravy first!

All this activity! Mine haven't moved off my bed since they went upstairs at about 9 am, though they do seem to have changed position a couple of times. Oh tell a lie - Girlcat came down round lunchtime for long enough to eat a few kibbles then went back up.

I do expect them down any minute, as it's supper time in 30 mins.

cozietoesie · 08/10/2017 20:11

Hah! Very entitled and demanding! Grin

cozietoesie · 08/10/2017 20:43

I think he is feeling more secure, though. Tempting fate it may be but he hasn’t had an ‘accident’ for a couple of weeks now. Smile

Fluffycloudland77 · 08/10/2017 20:48

"Very entitled & demanding", so a cat then?.

Grin

You've entered into a deal there, he jumps on the bed & you provide the goodies.

Lanaorana2 · 08/10/2017 20:56

Good luck tonight. Newboy's 'Self-Expression via the Medium of Nutrition' tutor is unusually quiet and is now in bed.

I'm not going into the kitchen, pointless getting depressed. Grin

I had blood test back and the results acc the GP appear to be incompatible with human life. Finally explains the freezing cold I have been reporting indignantly on here. Complete rubbish - London's fine, the Indian summer is balmy and delicious - turns out I'm anemic. Sorry about that. Must get some Lik-e-Lix for the iron pills.

Yes he is, shouting at you is, er, a beautiful emotional happening. :)

He’s definitely not used to being talked back to, though. (I answer every yowl of course.)

Ollivander84 · 08/10/2017 21:06

I have spent my day shouting talking back to Ollie and his friend known as "not my cat"
Who decided to join me and Ollie on the bed. I need a sign that says "this is not a cat sanctuary"

cozietoesie · 08/10/2017 21:15

Or ......you need to change your name to OllivanderTwoCats. Grin

Ollivander84 · 08/10/2017 21:17

Not my cat AngryGrin
It seems bemused at conversation between me and Ollie. Did try a miaow but got drowned out by Ollie shrieking at something

cozietoesie · 08/10/2017 21:20

Sorry - but I think that the time is very close for a visit/conversation with Ollie’s friend’s putative owners. Wink

Lanaorana2 · 08/10/2017 21:25

O2cats is a LOVELY name. Just saying. Grin

Ollivander84 · 08/10/2017 23:49

Nope. No. Not happening. It's got giant clumsy paws, it tries to go on the work tops and it's like a bull in a china shop

There's a reason stable cat isn't a house cat Grin she's needy, demanding, aggressive, unpredictable, would probably learn how to open the fridge and use the wifi

cozietoesie · 09/10/2017 00:14

Ollie’s friend isn’t Stablecat, though? Wink

cozietoesie · 09/10/2017 00:16

And it clearly already has a name? Paws. (Short for Big Paws.) Grin

She would probably have a knife at its throat Grin
Clumsy big paws not my cat

I asked Ollie ConfusedGrin
