I seem to have acquired a cat

I didn't like cats but then I turned into some kind of cat whisperer with my neighbours cats trailing after me and feral cats jumping in my lap
I have gone to the dark side and reserved a cat from cats protection
He's black and has FIV as well as being a flu carrier so he will be indoor cat. Obviously no sane person was going to take him. So yes, I'm off to buy half of the pet shop

I'd no idea why black cats aren't popular, and after this thread I really can't figure it out.

Don't have a black cat myself (I've a ginger boy) but if he'd have been a black cat I'd have still given him a home. Though he's never looked at me as lovingly as that!!!
