As the title says really. What's the most ridiculous or silly dogs name you've heard?

Honestly? Black Labrador named Wog. Horrific.

Actually just read the thread and I have to say I know someone who had a black dog called Woggy. The owner was called Snowy

I used to call our late dog dog maybe people thought that was his name 😀

The cat in the family was named Wickney Woo.

Also, an dog in Egypt named Rabies.

Which was how much he paid for him.

Not a dog but one of our cats is called Mr Rigby. I feel a bit stupid calling him in at night

Very weird. We had neighbours in Ireland who named their dogs after events in the news. Two new puppies arrived at the end of Aug 1997 to be named Dodi and Diana, and then poor Diana was killed on the road.

My friend had dog 1 and dog 2. That was it. Was actually quite funny watching him shout no dog 1 across a field.

When I was a kid, a teacher of mine called her dog Toss. Even at that age I wondered about her calling it in.

I used to live in a seaside town and a local man was always around walking a Pomeranian called Yvette. He created a calendar of Yvette pictures and it was on sale in some local shops.

Our next door neighbours dog is called Thor. He is a Lhasa Apso.

I know a dog called Richard!

My workplace means I encounter a lot of animal travel forms and hence see a lot of names.

Some of the recend odd ones I remember include Toast, Fat Man, Susan and Cous Cous. There's plenty of others but I have the memory of a seive...
