Finally managed to watch the other trailer - on Friday I couldn't get anything to play from BBC iPlayer. Very intriguing, especially Alex's accent change when talking to Gene in front of the Union Jack's.

I hope the ending is satisfying. It doesn't have to tie up all the loose ends but I want it to be good.

HFD, do you think it's an accent change or just crying voice? I can't decide, but she does sound very odd.

I can't think of another TV show I've looked forward to as much as this. Do we need to start a therapy group for when it's over?

does anyone actually KNOW how it ends? have there been any leaks or anything? i don't want to know what happens btw, i just wondered if there have been any hints from people in the know...

Got my deck chair and sleeping bag and am bedding in for the week!

chimchar I think they've managed to keep a lid on the finale so far. They may have put an embargo on the press to stop them reporting anything.
I imagine there will a press showing of the episode towards the middle of the week as all the papers/magazines/websites etc will want to have a review up as soon as the episode has aired.

Personally I don't want to know in advance, I think it would lessen the impact.

Is anyone else hoping they'll do a separate show to explain everything? A bit like Doctor Who Confidential. That way those of us that have missed some of the clues can go "Oh!!!! Now I see it!"

Ooh, that's a great idea Cavemum. I just can't see how they're going to fit in all the answers in the final episode, along with a normal story too.

I'm with you on not wanting any spoilers either - I haven't even watched the trailers because I want to savour it all fresh as it were

Am SO excited. Think Bloke and I will be having an 80s themed dinner on Friday.

I've got a feeling that I'm going to get to the end of the final episode and will turn to DH with this face!! I just can't see how they are going to tie up all of the loose ends in just an hour so that I can understand it?!

Oh and (sorry to post twice) - I like Honneybunny's 'wild speculation' at the end of the other thread. Hmmm...

Hello. have been lurking on the prev thread and all the suggestions have just made me even more excited about the programme than i already was (which i didn't think was possible!)

No suggestions on theories from me, ubt am very impressed with what you have all come up with. I just hope that the last episode does the rest of the show justice.
I will be so sad when it's over. have just ordered LoM on amazon so I can relive that too!
