Sorry behind catwalk but has anyone seen Molly's new show on you tibe?.It really is quite sure and has all the makings of a career in freefall (she even had to get her husband to produce it). Was it always going to be this way after the Schofiled scandal or is she like Tess Daly simply not to enter enough to make a career on her own?

Molly is Holly.
The queue thing and pretending she knew nothing about Schofield's relationship with a teenager means for me she is pretty badly damaged. You Tube is a way of making a lot of money so maybe she will be successful but I doubt it.

I think anyone can set up a you tube channel so there is nothing to differentiate Holly unfortunately..Surely a large streaming channel or conventional channel picks you up if you are any good? I agree Holly has suffered some significant reputations damage and this does smack of despararion. Holly still has links in the industry as she was being interviewed by Sara Cox but I don't think these are enough to bale her out.

Dunno, Schofield hasn’t got off easily. His UK tv career will never recover. And Holly knew about the relationship, she knew about the secrecy surrounding his marriage, she enjoyed being The Queen of ITV and had zero humility - not great characteristics. She’s had reputational damage that was pretty much inevitable, given how she behaved to others around her. I saw it first hand.

I meant career Karma. I do feel sorry for this dreadful incident but it does not take away from the fact she just isn't great at the moment in terms of career options.

She is very beautiful and bland, that was her selling point for a tv career. That and her powerful industry husband of course. She is now a middle aged beautiful woman and the tv industry has younger replacements in place, in ITV’s case they seem obsessed with the Olivia Atwoods and GK Barrys. She is very similar to Anthea Turner, mentioned up thread. She has lost her place as a tv staple, she is now moved down the pecking order. TV is misogynistic still and her time at the top has gone. If they want older women of a similar age they turn to Lampard and Deeley.

I have no real opinion on HW, but I’m not sure why you’ve used the fact that her husband produced this show as a criticism, or a sign that it must be bad/she must be unpopular. He has produced loads of really popular shows, it makes complete sense that they’d do this together.

The fact it’s on YouTube rather than tv is much more of a sign about her career imo.
Also not sure what Tess Daly has done to be brought into the criticism.

She needs to do something completely different. Like stay off telly/ you tube etc.

I can’t stand her. She is another one who enjoys and benefits from being one of ITVs protected people along with the likes of Ant and Dec. All not living the lives they like to project to the world but all covered up for. ITVs inner circle. 🤮

Come on, cast a cursory glance before expecting everyone to make sense of your OP.

Although she definitely got covered in the stink from Schofield (rightly so), I also wonder how much of career nosedive is down to her off screen treatment of people.

I’ve seen a fair bit of stuff (gossip admittedly, so not factual) about her mean girl/queen bee/‘do you know who I am?’ attitude. Which, if true, could account for her being completely cut loose, Ellen de Generes-style.

If you’re an arsehole to people on the way up, don’t expect them to throw you a rope on the way down.

Never rated or wanted to watch either her or Schofield. They just seemed so fake, and utterly inauthentic. I won’t be watching anything she is in for sure.
