Owen, Lucas , the one who was in ‘ parklife ‘ video with Blur ( Phil Daniels , don’t know his character name ) Phil , Ian and now Jack over Ravi. She’s had a mixed bag of men ( even Kush once and he died because of gray )

Oh yeah missed out Ravi. I mean Jack seems ok. Normal.

I hate Jack. Never been keen on him. Too smug.
My dil met him once years ago at a function thing and she said he was really nice and friendly and chatty. Nice to know!

I don't like Jack either. He's self-obsessed and puts himself before his kids. The biggest example of this being Penny.

We didn't start calling him Jack&Jack for no reason 😂

Yes but compared to all of Denise’s other loves/shags he’s the best of a bad lot. Slim pickings in Walford.

There is both of those points yes. He’s a good dad to Ricky and Amy though.

I don't like Jack either, smug and crooked.

Is he a good dad? Pretty average, I think Denise does 90% of the parenting!
But compared with Denise's other partners he's a good bloke. Yikes, poor Denise.

Kevin, he was Shirley's ex, Dad to her son who had CF and I think Carley but not Dean 👹

There are slim pickings for decent men. They are either dead beats or stalker types or already have many children they can’t keep up with ( Phil and max )
Youd run a mile from many of them.

I'm not sure he is, he was pretty shitty to Amy when she went through her mental health issues. He was shouty and expected her to just snap out of it.

And he definitely wasn't thinking of his kids when he decided to shag Stacey - Charley's other grandparent, his kids' dead cousin's wife - and risking losing Denise, the only decent parent they ever had!

I'd rather Max any day over sanctimonious hypocrite Jack!

I agree @the80sweregreat , I regularly sit watching saying to DH that all the men in Walford are losers, or worse.

Even the seemingly nicer ones aren't exactly decent men.
George and his random street fights and snogging Cindy.
Patrick has a nasty side - calling family members "Woman" and wasting money at the bookies.
Harvey, Billy and Howie are all feckless losers.

There must be a turning point, because there are some decent young men - Barney, Oscar, Josh.

Maybe Callum is a vaguely nice guy.

Was Jack ‘ on a break ‘ from Denise when he slept with Stacey that time ? I do remember his move on her , but not why he did it! Not long after she nearly slept with Ravi , but she didn’t in the end and chose Jack.
I think he’ll be supportive now she’s poorly , but previously they have had a stormy time of it.
She has had to sort out his children too, Penny wasn’t always a saint as well as Ricky and Amy, getting Raymond back and co parenting him with Phil and running the salon.

I like Oscar, but his chip off the old block ( as is Lauren as I’ve no doubt she’ll eventually give in to mark , especially if he starts making her jealous)
Barney is a good one. George is trying to make it with Nicola , but he has his issues.
Billy was good with Janet , but they have had marital problems and upsets too.

Will was alright but he blotted his copybook filming nugget.

Will did say sorry for that and was being hounded to pass it around, but that was bad. Especially as he was meant to be in Cornwall at the time.
Whats become of Bea ? Still in the chicken shop , or have they let her move back in ? What did they agree to do ?

Oh yes, Jack and Jack ! We need to carry on with this nickname. Sums him up. Although I’m sure he’ll step up with Dee, I hope so. NYD episode didnt look too good tho :(

There is a woman extra who has a stall on the market ( I'm not sure if we have ever heard her speak ) but she gets everywhere !
You see her behind people in outdoor scenes walking past people ( often many times ) in the cafe in the background at a table , sitting in the pub and in a crowd outside when they have one and now multiple times dancing behind or walking past the main characters at the wedding .

We now play how many seconds / minutes before we spot her every episode .

I wouldn’t say Oscar or Josh are great guys.

Oscar is verging on living a life of crime lol it wasn’t that long ago he got out of young offenders and robbed Patrick and he got back with his ex without telling her he slept with her twin

Josh was willing to hurt his long lost twin sister as he nearly got close to going off with Oscar again that night until Oscar drew back.

Barney is a kid but lovely so I’d agree he has potential!

yeah the square has a low standard of men, they’ve all got multiple kids with various women and they’re in and out their lives, and/or their Involved with criminal activity etc even the coppers!

Sorry but that mix up did made me laugh out loud 🤣 😆 they do have a similar kind of look in terms of the long brown hair but I’m sure the actor who plays Lily would be thrilled to get mistaken for a woman who’s 40+. Zoe does look great for her age though! 😆

Lily looked like Stacey at the wedding last week, they seem to have given her Stacey's wardrobe, red and black with knee high boots. They are choosing to style her like that. Perhaps they are emphasising that the family have little to no spare funds, and she is having to borrow her mums clothes, because Stacey took hardly anything with her, was is just one holdall she packed?

Jean runs that house with just her cleaning job and maybe some child benefits for Charli ( as I assume that Lily n Charli are both back there now ?)
How they live I’ve no idea, maybe other benefits as a top up ?
suki used to own that house and charges rent on it. Although nobody seems particularly hard up.
Mo may live there too, but she doesn’t work,

I did like Suki's hair in her up do at the wedding. Makes a change from her usual style! Also like Eve's shorter hairstyle. It really suits her I think 👌

Are Suki and Eve still wanting to foster , or maybe not now? It’s not been mentioned.
Vinny and penny don’t seem to be together much and the shop isn’t mentioned at all either.
She didn’t look that pregnant the other day and not much spoken about the fact it’s a high risk pregnancy.
In fact, a lot of stories seem to be in limbo a bit,
