I wondered where all the kids were, I think we saw Raymond as well as Jordan? But what about Charli, Annie, Louie, Jimmy, Bert and Ernie...
Chelsea seemed to be the only parent having to do any parenting at the wedding.

And Jordan was only there because of the plot as he is usually invisible. Chelsea works nights in the bar but never has childcare problems. Who looks after him because I don't even know where she lives?

Maybe Charli and the twins were with Jean who has also vanished, into that big house that she somehow manages to afford on her own.

The biggest shock for me was seeing Denise return from the hospital on an actual London bus! I don't think I've ever seen anyone use that mode of transport apart from Whitney when she left a couple years back.

@thisoldcity I said previously that I find Yolande's miserable face and the non-stop bible quoting tedious. I'm just waiting for her to tell Denise that God doesn't give us more than we car bear etc.

@Eastie77Returnsglad I'm not the only one! I think the religious side of Yolande is always fighting to come out and quote some Bible like Dot used to do. She is also always on the verge of cliche, I agree.

I don’t mind Yolande, but I agree she can be a bit overbearing at times.
She was good with Denise , but I hope she’ll reel in a lot of the religious quotes as Dee has enough going on.

I think Chelsea and Jordan live with Denise and Jack, no? They were in his house the other morning.

That’s what I was thinking too. She’s been through the mill now they give her this to tackle! I mean it’s a good storyline.

Knew Jordan would be ok but as pp said we never see the kids (kiddie cupboard) I’d forgotten how old he was, let alone what he looked like. Raymond we have seen recently as Phil was doing something with him recently.

Zoe’s cat has probably run off, it can’t be happy living with that many people and kids in the flat above the Vic. According to searches the poor thing is uncredited so it’s easily forgotten about.

Agree re Yolande being the go to and please no bible bashing from her.

Ian is ridiculous, yes he only had a pint but he shouldn’t have been drinking especially without eating and why was he driving when he could walk back?! Make that make sense! Of course this will scupper his councillor job.

Mark will have an affair with Lauren. Peter is such a wet blanket so don’t blame her. Priya probably pregnant. So no surprises!

They shouldn’t make it so easy for us to guess the outcomes/plots!

Bit of info for you I found out yesterday, Kellie Bright originally auditioned for the part of Tanya Branning played by Jo Joyner but didn’t get it.

I still can’t believe the 50 plus pregnancies in EE. It’s as rare as hen’s teeth to get 2 let alone 1. Something in the water there.

I think that Chelsea lives with Denise and co , but I honestly don’t know for sure.
She flits between there and Patrick’s place, but as we haven’t seen her or her child properly for ages , it’s hard to tell ( or who has him whilst she is at work in the evening ) I guess it must be Dee and Jack or even Amy? She must work shifts.

I can't think of anyone who would have supported Denise as well as Yolande did - calm, measured, caring. Not words you can apply to Kim or even Jack or Chelsea. Denise was right that Libby will be very helpful. I wonder at what point Libby returns.

Oh speaking of which, I found Howie proposing to Kim at the hospital really off key.

I think Linda wouid have made a good Tanya. At least she wore fashionable clothes and had the salon.
She isn’t bad as Linda, but that character is another sad one really. Even with Mick the bad things didn’t stop. At least she seems a bit settled lately and ( again ) has the invisible children to sort out! We saw Annie a bit once or twice. Did they go to this wedding ?

I do agree Yolanda is good and would be the best to support Denise I mentioned before Kim would be useless in a crisis. I just hope she doesn’t go all bible stuff on Denise because it’s not needed.

Poor Linda though having a child with Max. He does ok with Annie though.

Max is good with Annie, but since the car lot and Cindy , it’s all on the back burner again.
Poor children are often abandoned , despite his ‘ I wanna be a good dad ‘ speeches he did almost daily at one point !

You forgot to add that she shagged Ian Beale on the list! Most traumatic.

Agree about Yolande. You need a Yolande about in a crisis.

It is a shame we didn't see Harvey projectile vomiting during the silly dance. Zak looked thoughtfully at a pond after the big wedding bust up. I reckon he put pond water in the punch, although that's a fast working bug to affect Harvey, so fish food poisoning is more likely.

Kids are only dragged out of the cupboard when required for a plot otherwise they are irrelevant. Phil hasn't bat an eyelid at Sharon whisking Albie away to god knows where for months at a time despite originally going on about myson. He seems to see a bit more of Raymond, has him for overnights etc. I wonder if he'd take him if the worst happened to Denise😥He's not exactly FT parent material but tbh very few on the square are!

Denise was once engaged to Ian Beale. It was short lived , Lucy died and they split up then I think ?

They are all awful parents really and writers like baby dramas and teen ones, but inbetween times it’s pretty scant. I can actually believe Will is Billy and Honeys child though , he looks a bit like him when he was younger.

To be fair, kids are only allowed to work for an extremely limited number of hours , and can't be subbed with dolls like babies can, hence the kiddie cupboard, I expect.

Denise does have bad taste in men (Phil and Ian) or she’s just unlucky with Lucas and the other one (forget the name). How did Gray get with Chelsea? I forget

Yes, filming children must be a headache tbf.

But still they could show some more than others. I didn’t recognise Jordan at all.

Chelsea was Gray’s nanny and moved in to help out with his two after he killed Chantelle.
