This is the second time they've given chelsea really great meaningful songs

The first time was when she was dealing with Gray and had 'Free' by SAULT on while she danced

I wonder if she had a hand in that - nice touch

They do marry up music well on EE.
I also listen out for it.
Cindy returned once years ago ( long before she ‘ died’ ) and Sharon put ‘ the bitch is back ‘ by Elton on the jukebox! She wasn’t happy.

Diane Parish knocked it out of the park in today’s episode (predictably). I hope she doesn’t leave next year.

What a beautiful and poignant episode today.

Loved this episode, Diane Parrish was brilliant in it. Poor Jordan though.

She was excellent. Very moving. She just holds your attention the whole time she is on screen, I too hope she doesn't leave.

And drunk Kathy is always welcome.

Chelsea will never forgive herself her last interaction with Jordan, if he dies.

Poor Jordon. Not seen for many years and now this.
Why didn’t Ian walk Kathy home ? It’s not far at all. Or a cab. He’ll regret that and so will Chelsea for talking to him like she did before the accident.

Dee was good too, but it’s going to be harrowing isn’t it :( she is a brilliant enough actress to carry it all though.
Will be a tough watch though.

Diane Parish is so good. And brilliant writing too. I’m so glad that it was Yolande in those scenes, the actress can really match Diane.

25% at five years isn't terrible odds. Google tells me it’s usually a sibling who matches for stem cell treatment. But Kim is only a half sister so less likely to be a match. So it is not looking great for Denise.

Always good to see Drunk Kathy, there aren’t many who can do good drunk. I don’t think Jordan dies. On NYD Ian looks happy and smug, and Chelsea doesn’t look devastated.

I was wondering why Ian drove too as it’s a short walk away. Doesn’t make sense.

If the writers had any sense they would have had the venue further away , so that it made sense about getting the tube ( Vicky ) and Ian deciding to drive.
I suppose they couldn’t have him run over outside the Vic as that’s been done a fair few times already.
It made a change having it away from the square.
Poor Dee today , devastating news and now she’s got to tell her daughter who will be with Jordon and trying to come to terms with him being injured. I hope he isn’t dead, but I don’t think he will be.

Just watched tonight's episode. Very tearful watching Denise's face trying to comprehend the awful news. Particularly emotional given dh is currently being treated for cancer (thankfully not as serious as Denise's seems to be 🙏).

What I don't get is how Jordan managed to get in between the bins and the back of Ian's car? There didn't look like much space and why would he go there anyway?!?

Plus, he looked much older than the 4 years old Denise said he was! He looked nearly as big as Raymond, and he's supposed to be 9 years old 😳

All the young kids are giants. It's amazing they all fit in the kiddie cupboard.

The scene in the salon actually made me cry, it was so powerful. Diane Parish is an amazing actress, she can carry the big storylines.
