Ooooo, this is where I came in, many series ago. Rocher is done with one spoon, quenelle with two. Ice cream scoop in my gaff.

A quenelle is usually shaped using two spoons. That rocher wasn't. I don't know if that is the reason. Probably just fashion. Quenelles are so yesterday.

I hope he doesn't nail the doughnuts. How's anyone going to eat them?
