The Platt's house was rebuilt about a year ago, after Max set fire to it. Invisible Audrey paid for it. So that phot doesn't represent what they show on screen? (I don't pay enough attention to notice!).

Im now worried Audrey is walled up in the extension.

Andy McDonald as we know is never mentioned and afaik never been invited to or attended the many weddings of daft twin brother Steve. A new head actor could have been introduced but for some reason it has never been done. Now we have yet another stupid storyline brewing after his proposal to Cassie and her subsequent side eye hints that it's not all going to go smoothly.

The current Barlow household living arrangements are ridiculous. Am I right in that Ken, Steve, Tracy, Cassie all live there? Where does Amy live?

I remembered Andy returning for something so I wiki'd, it was longer ago than I thought - Steve's wedding to Becky in 2009. We'll be seeing him on Classic soon!

Your memory is better than mine but around 2008/9/10 I didn't make a point of being home to watch and couldn't record stuff so easily missed some stories on the cobbles.

Andy was always the boring brother, I guess they thought Steve was better off without him.

One thing I do remember is that one of them supported Man City and the other Man Utd

Andy was mentioned in latest corrie episode. I think story of Jim McDonald in hospital is to kill off his character. They killed off Les Battersby character not long ago, even though he had not been in it for years. Would Liz return for Jims’ funeral?

Why is Mary still in this programme? She’s a joke and adds precisely nothing. The actress should gather up her self-respect and move on, but it’s easy money I guess, especially when you never have actual storylines.

Bev Callard is now in Fair City and is also currently having breast cancer treatment so I doubt we'll see her.

So Kit did it, only he didn’t really, Mal just had a heart attack and keeled over, which is a bit boring. So all this was just so Swain could spend three months giving Kit the evil eye.

I agree. Mary needs writing out really. Her character has gone past its sell-by date. She was ditzy and quirky and quite likeable when she came in, and for some years actually, but she is just daft and annoying now.

Time for a Corrie cull. Mary, Kirk, Sean, and Gemma (and the quads.) That will do for now. Then in a few months, Ma Driscoll can go! And bloody Megan Trainer, and Moody Will.

Yeah this. The Ben Shepherd crush/Ben on a pillowcase thing was funny and endearing (IMO) the first time, then mildly cute the second time. But then it should have finished not long after it was started. It's cringeworthy now! 😖

I have always found Mary desperately unfunny. And she kidnapped Norris right at the start! Everyone seemed to forget about that and she became 'funny, quirky' Mary.
