I was rooting for Karen, but I do think Amber is very good and deserving.

If it's a George, Amber and Karen final I hope Karen wins.

As much as it's about the celebrity, I also really like it when a pro wins whose been there slogging away for a while. Rather than a newbie straight off the bat in their first series.

This year that will obviously be Nikita and Carlos and after tonight I think we can count Nikita out (if his partner getting 40 doesn't keep them safe then nothing will). So as much as I want Karen to win, I also really want it for Carlos too.

Just caught up, avoided MN as didn’t want any spoilers.

Absolutely gutted, as much for Katya as Lewis, it was heartbreaking, he was brilliant.

On a positive note though could possibly Bal win this now?

Amber obviously not popular - a dance off with a 40 gotta be a first, and I can’t warm to George or his partner.

Carlos’s crying also gives me the ick but I think Karen must have this in the bag now.

I think, and hope, Karen will win.

One of the problems with the way Strictly does Musicals Week is that good songs from musicals lend themselves to foxtrots, waltzes and quicksteps but the producers obviously lean towards the faster or more dramatic dances and so you end up with latin numbers or tangos that feel rather shoehorned into the music. American Smooths are the dance style that came from musicals but did we get one? No.

Did anyone else spot Motsi not applauding for Lewis at the end? I think all the judges were standing up and the other 3 were clapping. Maybe it was shock at his going because he is a great dancer.

I just haven't warmed to Amber (and I find Nikita annoying this year when I've liked him previously) so she's the one I least want to win. Of the other three, only Karen is capable of a winning routine but voting could go anywhere.

I really dislike the themes which result in a dance, music and costume/story which have nothing to do with each other! West Side Story has fabulous dance routines but Lewis ended up racing around, getting lost in the crowd.

I didn’t notice, but I’m not surprised, and as a pp said on Saturday, Motsi was in a very odd mood this week… and it seems odd to me that the judges were harder on Lewis throughout, especially harsh last night, whereas Amber, the ringiest ringer of all, can do no wrong.

It would be great if Lewis and Katya get to work with each other again in future, they’re such a great pairing.

I don’t think she will. I think she will be in the bottom 2 next week but will make the final. I don’t think she has the public won over. Not me anyway, especially after her comments in last nights show. Yes, she’s the best performer however, that’s her day job. She doesn’t have the support that I can see over social media.

Karen and Amber are now the two best IMO. I jokingly told my DD I hoped Amber was in the dance off so we could see their Charleston again 😱😱😱

I am sorry to see Amber get so much hate on her social media. Not her fault she was cast. She didn't deserve to be in the DO either.

Bal had the best song / music and very good choreography.

Amber was amazing last night - the dance of the evening.

Lewis - shite music and over complicated choreography. He is the best dancer by a country mile but was let down by his routine.

Karen and George were ok.

I also thought the professionals dance was rubbish - I wonder if it had the same choreographer as Lewis's dance - certainly had the complicated vibe

Nobody forced her! She obviously put her name forward.

She is a fabulous dancer. It does leave a sour taste that it’s also her day job. The anger that people feel about this should be aimed towards the producers rather than Amber, though.

I hope they don’t do this again next year. Audiences want to see a level (ish) playing field and watch non dancers improve week by week.

Doesn't leave a sour taste for me as I love ringers. Though I have not voted for Amber as I preferred Lewis. I realise I am alone in this.

No non-ringer would have joined that late anyway.

I think George will win for the same reason angry ginge won I’m a celeb. Their fans /followers are loyal and vast.
