Harvey is a coward for not finishing it with jean , but guess it’s the wrong time. Still wrong though.
It’s Bound to end in a Slater slanging match , probably with Lily getting involved too no doubt. Poor Nigel , I do feel so sorry for him.
So Nic killed Shireen ( or got someone to, I’m not sure , but she said ‘I killed her’) and had her body buried in Dartford. Poor woman :(
Martins funeral seems to have been in the planning stages for ages. I’ve had a few to organize myself over the years and it didn’t take this long to sort out.
I know Jean had a mix up with it last week she said , but even so!
Sharon and Zack looked alike today I thought, you would believe they are related in real life. I’ve not noticed that before now ! Good casting there.
I do wonder if Shireen is dead if not though , or someone just took Nic’s cash and did nothing.

She's treated him appallingly and they weren't a match anyway

Fingers crossed teddy kills zack and nicola.

IMO someone who deals with upset by getting aggressive is a bully. In my experience anyone who can switch so fast between calm and timid to scary and aggressive is quite dangerous.

However I don't agree with the Zac and Barney storyline but understand why he wants to persue it. I think he really needs to just let it go and say out of the new Mitchell business now though.

I dunno i thought he was just hurt and angry at Sharon and so was shouting

Zack provoked him and was acting like the bully tbh

But since that episode it's emerged that he might be more dangerous than the pink jumpers would have you believe and he might actually be a bully 🤭

Teddys awful cardigan today made me smile. Looked like an old fashioned deck chair!

Just watched todays and it seems Nicola is the one keeping secrets and is more dangerous than she appears

I find her super annoying so I’m hoping she doesn’t stick around long. Harry also has zero personality.

Ive also read things are brewing for the teenagers with Tommy/Lily/Avaani having a storyline coming up but not sure what the details are

Surely the police would have checked out Harry and his family as she was his girlfriend for a while , but not sure how missing cases would play out and maybe they are not necessarily seen as important? They all had alibis , so maybe nobody looked too hard at them!

I don’t mind Barney sticking around , but H and jumpers and Nicola can all go! They have invested in that house now , so guessing nobody will leave for a while ( or it’ll come out about Nic at Christmas)

I still reckon Shireen will rock up with a mini Mitchell child very soon.

@NowNumber5 I think this too. I think Nicola has "kidnapped" her or has someone hide her to frame Teddy in an attempt to stop him leaving her or something 🤷🏽‍♀️

I guess this story is going to drag on until Christmas or something now then until the square get the big reveal with Barney and Killer Nic 🙄

So we were right, Nicola was lying and it was her who killed Shireen. Didn’t take a genius to work that out really!

80s that is a good point - did Benji really kill Shireen? We didn’t see it happen so she is only EastEnders Dead, not Dead Dead.🙃

I am glad Jean is going to help Ruby. Ruby must feel very alone. But where is she getting the money for horse drawn carriages when she is supposed to be working on a checkout in Aldi? I always thought that was a lie because she dresses rich, but I don't think that was ever addressed?

People seem to think that Harry’s ex will show up and I think so too ( the camera did linger on the photo of her)
I wonder why Nic didn’t like her?
Also speculation ( online ) that H might be gay and had a relationship with her brother ! Which knowing EE could be true.. a recycled Ben type story maybe ?
All seems very strange why Nicola wanted her gone or maybe she used to buy jumpers his horrid cardigans from Damart and she had enough of it.

I also smiled that the dodgy man Nic knew was called Benji. It didn’t sound a particularly hard name for a gangster / killer sort.

My nephew was Benji until he was 7. After that he was definitely Ben! 😆

I think the reason Nic offed her (or intended to) will be to do with Shireen finding out about her dodgy dealings - illegal fillers, drugs, money laundering, or worse. Shireen knew something and Nic had to prevent her from telling Harry/Teddy.

The one thing which makes me think Shireen is dead is that she would have returned if she knew what a state her parents were in (mother has not left her bed).

We did hear today that Teddy is in 'dodgy construction'. He doesn't seem very busy for someone in the building trade does he, and someone dealing with builders wears that knitwear??😆

He's been raiding Pauline Fowler's wardrobe.

Eurgh I haven't seen the last few episodes and reading your descriptions of them, and how much new Mitchells nonsense there is in them, I am not sure I will bother! Can someone tell me when they've all been axed please (hopefully literally!).

As I was musing on the ‘ other thread’ maybe Harry’s ex girlfriend was an abuser , or H was having an affair with the brother. Must be a big reason that Nicola wanted her dead and prepared to hang out with and pay off this Benji man. He doesn’t look the reliable sort to see it though!

No, most builders or contractors I’ve ever come across would not be seen in such hideous clothes like Jumpers wears! The wardrobe people on EE do not like him much ! 😆

I think Teddys wardrobe is for a few reasons

firstly to show he’s not like the other Mitchell’s he was playing the soft, kind, nice guy at first

and then to show he’s a builder but not hands on so it’s probably just a cover for very dodgy dealings

@storminabuttercup yes I agree, the pastel colours are supposed to give 'nice' vibes, and he is absolutely money laundering rather than actually constructing anything.

Phil used to do dodgy deals through the garage but Phil was actually a mechanic. Teddy doesn't look like he could lay a course of bricks.
