I'm horrified that as a society we turn a completely blind eye to older men grooming young men in their workplaces. He's an absolute low life piece of scum who has totally destroyed the life of one young man that we know of... and how many others? I hope it tanks.

He may not have broken the law but he 100% abused his privileged position in television to get close to and then start a relationship with a very young man and cheat on his wife. He's not on my Christmas list and I definitely won't be watching the show either.

I saw the trailer advertising the programme and that was enough. I have no interest in anything he has to say.

The post was tongue in cheek. I didn’t even realise this had been filmed but was watching a Dame Maggie Smith on C5 and it is popped up during ad breaks.

Philith did make mine and others skin crawl, he may not have committed any crime but his morals are questionable. I hope the man involved in why he was sacked has been able to rebuild his life, obviously his TV career was ruined.

I cannot believe he's on telly whining again!! How on earth can either him or the producers think he's a viable object of pity. If the poor young man who's life and career was so changed and damaged by Saint Phil of Pity City has to stick to an NDA can't we as a country make Phil sign one agreeing to never whine again? I'd rather watch his wife talk honestly about the impact of a deceitful cheating husband of 25 years. Or perhaps the impact of living with a man lying, totally unnecessarily, about his sexuality and exposing her to such health dangers. The eighties were so open and forgiving and especially the TV industry!! But we did have the huge AIDS scare, how did that impact her? How come he's the only one allowed to talk?

I haven't liked him for many years he's one of those men who have a predatory feel to them. He hasn't broke the law but he has abused his power and I suspect there's a lot more we don't know.

Nope, the clip on the advert was enough for me, I have zero desire to watch any more snivelling from this pathetic, self serving excuse for a man. And yes, I would also be much more interested in his wife's story Tontostitis, although I'm sure St Phil wouldn't allow that as he would undoubtedly come out of it looking even worse than he already does. He just needs to accept that his tv career is over now instead of this undignified attempt at a comeback, the only people watching will be those ghoulish enough to want to watch him unravel.

Saw this advertised on Facebook and thought it was a spoof/joke. Can't believe it's actually real! No thanks
