I noticed mention of Patsy Kensit in the previous thread, I don't watch Emmerdale now but I did in those days and she was really good. I don't know why she was so wooden in EastEnders, it just didn't work at all.

PK played Sadie King -wife of Jimmy , Tom's favourite DIL (Karls ex wife was a 'mare , Matthew and Max were single . She'd had a fling with Matthew before .
She landed in a helicopter , Charity Dingle tottered after her in a very low cut red dress and daft heels . Sadie completely blanked her , handed Charity her fur coat and said isn't that dress a bit much for staff?

She brought her horses up , caused the villlagers tp sit up and notice . Unfortunately she had a fling with Cain (ugh) and diasappeared .

PK was on a celeb game show as herself) and was funny and flirty and very clever ..

In Eastenders it was like she was overwhelmed and unfortunately her face was very devoid of movement .It was like "We need a Name to play Lola's Mum , who is a famous blonde the right age , ah she'll do"

Ah yes the helicopter! Sadie was a great character. I had forgotten how long ago it was - 2004! A lot of botox water has passed under the bridge since then.

Todays one was a bit odd
Priya's acting was a bit over the top outside the restaurant and to say Martin was 40 when he isn't , was also strange!
Reiss, don't get me started ..

I felt quite old watching today's episode as I remember watching EE in the days before Martin was born. I recall Pauline's mum - Lou Beale - being outraged at her daughter getting pregnant at (shock horror) - 40!

South, the very first episode had Pauline at the doctors ( Dr legg) finding out her test results .. pregnant with Martin ! She was shocked
I was puzzled when Honey said he was 40 tbh
But trust her to mess it up ! lol

I was thinking there’ll be a successful ‘save our Sonia’ campaign and she’ll be out after a few months.

( I won't sign it though even though I know she's innocent, but her character is annoying , so she can stay there!)
Martin and Lauren might turn into a detective double act and get her out.

What is up with Reiss' crying? It's so fake, it's laughable. Tonight he even removed his glasses and still there were no tears. I really want him gone now and would hate for Sonia to take the rap for his guilty crime!
