I loved how Sharon had to bring her own stuff in with a loo roll !
Plus is Phil now looking after Albie ?

I thought today's episode was well done, and it was wrapped up as well as it could be. Linda has confessed so can carry on living with herself. Soap justice has been done.

And best of all we never have to see Dean again.

They couldn’t have Bernie living on the Square with the Six and there is nothing left for her so I assume she won’t return after her holiday. She is the most ‘disposable’ character in all this. I felt the same @Anyonecanfallinlove where's that meat thermometer when you need it. 😆

Chrissie was beautifully coiffed and manicured for a prisoner.

Is it wrapped up though ?

The 40th ( Ruby ) anniversary looms large in Feb and Bernie was being horrible only last week
Karen / Keegan will discover the whole story , and he was once a scary one.
I feel revenge coming on next year , but only a guess ( because they are 40 )

I really don't think they can squeeze any more out of it. As they showed, it isn't possible for one of them to confess and be believed, and they they aren't going to send six high profile characters to jail.

The Detective just switching off the recorder and sending Linda home after her confession seemed unbelievable.

Was Bernie talking to Karen on the phone? I couldn’t follow what with all the sobbing and blubbering.

Chrissy indeed looked as if she had just stepped out of a salon. The years have treated her well. So she has been in that local prison for the last 20 odd years?

I still think that Bernie will return to exact some kind of revenge ( maybe kidnap Annie or Ollie and live under a subway or something for a day!) the children won't be harmed at all , but she'll do something I bet. Then feel bad about it
Karen might even return

Chrissie is being released , so she'll be in the Vic by Monday I suppose! Causing mayhem apparently

Yep, Bernie was talking to Karen and going over to Germany to stay with Keegan and Tiffany

I thought prisoners were moved to an open prison when they were close to release, but then again I wouldn't know what an open prison looks like. Maybe they do still get banged up.

I think we sort of already had Bernie's 'revenge' with her notes and texts. I hope we don't get more of it!

Chrissie is definitely back on the square next week ( unless the tv guide is wrong !)
I like Tracey -Ann a lot , she admits ( in an interview in a tv guide ) that C is very manipulative and it'll be fireworks

I don't think it's been wrapped up nicely at all, it's actually a complete mess. We don't know what's happened with Dean and there's no way Bernie could/would forgive the six. They've really got it wrong with this storyline

They have got it wrong ( although I did enjoy yesterday and todays one tbf )
I think Chrissie will be a distraction and it'll kind of move on without being really resolved ?

But it was always going to be impossible to resolve wasn't it? So I thought they did the best they could.

We do know what has happened to Dean, he'll be sentenced for rape, I expect someone will mention what sentence he gets. The CPS then have to decide whether to re-try him for murder (I bet they won't). I don't think Bernie has forgiven the Six, I liked her line "I don't know what justice would look like".

Maybe ( guess ) we are meant to feel that Bernie knows she was the catalyst here by telling Phil and Sharon about the kidnap ? She isn't completely innocent and did disown Ken too.
She probably feels she can't win , his dead and not coming back. Maybe she doesnt know what to do really ?

Makes me laugh too that Elaine rarely asks Linda where she is going or what she's doing !

Yes this was so strange. It's like they wanted the reveal to be where they buried him but couldn't find a reason, so they had Bernie say something along the lines of needing to make back her hours. It's all laughable

Kathy told her she'd have to ' make up her hours' the other day.
It used to be an ' open all hours ' cafe once , but not sure if it still is ?

Nah that was the 'night caff' - can't rem when that was last a thing. It was generally used for illicit meetings and skullduggery 😀

There was always the ' cafe in the other place' for meetings too, but they haven't had any scenes there lately.

Just seen the promo for next week, looks like Chrissie is gonna give Sharon a hard time next week

Have missed a few episodes but they didn’t look that long from previews of them.

Chrissie Watts is back. Why? Was she married to Dirty Den? Too many questions.

Also Suki seems very together and not worried about much! How comes?

Suki was always much cooler than the others over all of it. Tough cookie
