Joel's the baddie, and Lauren is still missing
Roy's a free man, and Carla and Swain are close to kissing
Will Bethany quit moaning, she does it all the time!
Sarah is still hot, but needs to slow down on the wine

Leanne's missing too, has that cult bloke kidnapped her then?
And where are the quads, does anyone ever see them?
Paul's still alive, hanging on and on in there
Cop Kit's a bit tasty but a bit annoying and hard to bear

Not much with the Platts or the Barlows or The Rovers
Carla's pub money being stolen by Jenny and Daisy has been glossed over
Adam still has his wacky hair that's a bit greasy
Daniel's still boring, yet the cutest girls to him come easy

The school bully storyline has eased off a bit
So Maria can chill - and Sarah can get off with Kit
I hope it's OK for me to start this new thread my friends

She does, if you look on the tv guide on freeview, it says the same dates and times so here’s hoping nothing goes wrong and football doesn’t run over lol

Glenda wasn't in the show when Archie died and I didn't the script writers would think to give a back story for what she did at the time. Therefore it's all happening now.

So does that mean Kate Ford who plays Tracy isn’t coming back to Corrie then if she wants Amy to sort stuff like the shop?

@JewelleryCat i think they’ve left the door open for Kate Ford to return. I thought she looked unwell the last months she was in Corrie, as if she’s in pain. ( Hope I’m wrong and she’s just taking a break)

Agreed about Kit! I thought he was one of the good guys as well...except for the planting evidence. Although I think that was just to get brownie points from Swain for "solving" the murder case and getting Nathan behind bars. He and Bernie need some counselling...maybe Toyah could step in!

Poor Kit.His mum died yesterday and Bernie is still alive. That would mess with his head surely.
I loved Sally's posh outfit. I have a wedding coming up and various places pop up all over my phone with similar! Including fascinators which the style and beauty board warns against.

I'm no fan of Bernie but Gemma and Paul know who she is and how she’s behaved in the past. I can’t believe they would turn against Bernie so much

I agree, didn't believe Gemma's reaction at all. I don't think she'd turn on Bernie.

All that 'he's so nice!' about Kit, to Paul. I know she's not the brightest but come on!

I noticed it was on last night but I didn't watch. I can believe Gemma and Paul would turn on Bernie (temporarily) because they thought she let them down when they were kids. I remember Gemma not being at all pleased when she showed up on the Street, being quite hostile. And now they have evidence of just how 'unreliable' she was.

I've watched the Archie years fairly recently on Classic and there was no mention of George or Glenda. He seemed like a loner. He was a good character, he romanced both Blanche and Audrey(!)

Kate Ford hasn't left.

Yes there were lots of movie/tv references, made me laugh, in fact I enjoyed Cassies scenes, though i don't usually. I knew that head was going ro end up in Tim's bed!

Yes Kit was a bit sly, wasn’t he, smirking as the twins kicked off at Bernie. And we don’t actually know that his mum had died. Wouldn’t he be at home with his adopted family grieving rather than trying to break up his rediscovered family, especially when one is dying? Hmmm.

I actually wonder if this kind of chaos is a lot more common than the cosy happy endings Davina shows.
I have a friend who was adopted whose birth mother didn't want a relationship...she is on good terms with a half sister.

I can't really blame Kit for having so little goodwill towards Bernie, neither would I in his shoes. She effectively 'rejected' him a second time by not going to that meeting when he was 21. Bernie is not dissimilar to Gemma, full of excuses and not bothering to think about the effect of her actions.

I think it was Steve's as he said to her, come on let's go to the bust unveiling but she said, no you've had a drink, give me the keys and I'll drive.

Mind you, no talk about insurance, where the car was parked (or where it's kept overnight).

Steves car must be part of his taxi fleet if the taxis exist. Cassie must have amazing insurance via the garage.

Paul and Gemma’s shock and to an extent their anger Paul’s especially) being that he doesn’t have much time left) I can understand. However I’m not getting all this She treated Kit badly. She gave him up to a loving family because she knew she couldn’t do so. That doesn’t make her a monster, well not in my book
