Joel's the baddie, and Lauren is still missing
Roy's a free man, and Carla and Swain are close to kissing
Will Bethany quit moaning, she does it all the time!
Sarah is still hot, but needs to slow down on the wine

Leanne's missing too, has that cult bloke kidnapped her then?
And where are the quads, does anyone ever see them?
Paul's still alive, hanging on and on in there
Cop Kit's a bit tasty but a bit annoying and hard to bear

Not much with the Platts or the Barlows or The Rovers
Carla's pub money being stolen by Jenny and Daisy has been glossed over
Adam still has his wacky hair that's a bit greasy
Daniel's still boring, yet the cutest girls to him come easy

The school bully storyline has eased off a bit
So Maria can chill - and Sarah can get off with Kit
I hope it's OK for me to start this new thread my friends
I wonder where we'll be at when this thread ends?

Joel will want to take Bethany down/ abuse her as she is trying to find out about Lauren and he wants the power over her.

I'm a teeny bit uncomfortable with all the moaning about Bethany
Do we want our girls/ young women to be feisty or " nice" girls who never speak up.
I find myself liking her more and more but she's in danger now 😣

@VoteHappy I know what you mean about Bethany, but she needs to be more clever about it all. She's drawing too much attention to herself which is just playing into Joel's hands.

As much of a scumbag Nathan is, anyone else feeling a bit sorry for him because he is actually innocent in this situation? What was on those USBs though? Craig said there was some dodgy stuff on it, but do we know what it actually was? Was it actually his or did Kit plant it there as well as the hair?

My moaning about Bethany is because I find her screechy and annoying rather than feisty. There are loads of good feisty Corrie women but she isn't one of them IMO!

Possibly Joel will try to undermine and scare her, but he won't want to show his hand as he needs everyone to continue thinking it's Nathan.

It's sad, isn't it? I remember watching the first episode with my mum and her saying "They talk just like us" (Northern working class). This was when everyone on telly talked "posh". It was very innovative at the time. It went downhill imo when Daran Little (superb writer) left and it went to three hours a week. Just no time to rehearse or finesse.
