I agree. Hardly any men look good in vests, but he’s one of them. Also agree he’s well-written - an arsehole sometimes who doesn’t know how to treat women nicely, but he has a vulnerable side to him.

Peter is such a sap. Lauren will use him and discard him. She managed to avoid telling him exactly what it was she said which set Zack off, she made it sound like a total mystery. And she was not ‘terrified’, she was slightly alarmed. Cindy is a nightmare but she is right about Lauren - takes one to know one!

I liked the scenes in the bar with Elaine and Kat, they are a natural fit together. (Also liked Kat swanning off to a spa and leaving Freddie with the twins.)

George will never learn. He needs to clear off with Cindy, that is what they both want to do even though George doesn't want to admit it.

I hope (like Suki!) that Nish's fatal illness sees him off really quickly. I didn't feel remotely sorry for him. He will use this to break everyone into tiny pieces.

Kat n Elaine are funny.
That works as a comedy pairing

@usernother I'm glad you wrote this ! All through today's episode I was thinking Ravi is definitely bigger .. is it he's more muscly around the chest and arms and shoulders ( even more muscly 😅😍) but he really does look like something is different

I really like Elaine and her big hair and big laugh , she would be a good laugh and it's great for kat to have a playmate.
I like how she has been there for Yolande too xx

Yeah I like Elaine, she has grown on me. She is not a doormat when it comes to men, unlike a lot of EE women, and knows her worth.

I did say on another thread I think it’s odd that she’s hosting George’s long lost family when he is not even living at the Vic. How on earth are they all squeezed in there anyway, no-one seems to be sleeping on the couch. I’ve counted 7 adults and 3 children. I recall Elaine saying to Junior that Olly and Annie will go in with Linda (I hope her gross pink sippy cup is out of reach..) so that he and Monique can sleep in their room…on toddler beds?!

I said the same about the sleeping arrangements at the Vic, Junior and Monique in child sized beds, meanwhile George is on Phil's sofa. I like the relationship between George and Phil, Phil hasn't had many friends.

Elaine has grown on me too since she grew a backbone about George. But I wish they would sort out her weird lopsided wig hair!

It made me laugh when Peter said Lauren was the 'best mum' to Louie - she barely even glances his way!

We rarely see Louie , who is caring for him most of the time Lauren is around Peter n Zac ?
Penny said she's going back to France so it's not her I suppose ?
Ian is messing about with eels and Cindy in the pub. He must care for himself

I think Kathy is default babysitter (when it isn't Peter).
Lauren said Penny had gone to France to see her mum, but I thought after the drugs stuff Lauren couldn't go back?

Yes what happened to Penny’s drug case and the trafficker (Juliet?) she was supposedly terrified of? I also thought she couldn’t return to France. Who is looking after Whit Whit’s stall while she’s away.

Kathy is often referenced as babysitting Louie but it’s amazing the amount of time Lauren has to just float around the square. And why is she only now looking for a job - what was she living on before??

Obviously penny has forgotten her drug dealer past ! Or hopes the woman won't recognize her

Didn't Penny give evidence against the drug dealing woman in return for not being prosecuted? I wouldn't have thought a return to France was the best idea.

Speaking of leaving stories hanging, Yolande and Patrick have been gone a while now, it was a compelling storyline but the momentum has been lost.

I just caught up and I couldn't see anything different in Ravi maybe he's pumped up a bit more ?

I really am really liking Elaine it took me ages to like her but she's a great character now.

Probably couldn't afford the extras for the church and the pastor hanging about in the background, so they have left it hanging !

Ravi has grown on me lately , I don't fancy him but he seems decent these days and understanding with Zac

Yes I like Ravi I also don't fancy him .his voice is lovely though, I think he was just misunderstood and needed a decent family and friends he might still be drug dealing so it's swings and roundabouts!

I don't think Ravi will drug deal anymore tbh
I hope they develop his character more over time and his a good guy. I do love his accent as well. It's nice to hear something different to ' cockney ' !

Ian was remarkably stoic about Cindy
Probably doesn't want a ' told you so ' from the others , so staying quiet for now.
I admit I zoned out a bit today , it feels a bit flat and Nish is annoying me ( even if he is poorly)

Just watched today's and Ravi has put on a bit of beef and his face is a little fatter. That's the difference. He's still mighty fine though.

Yes he is looking as gorgeous as ever but I honestly thought he did look a bit different ... hey more of ravi is only a good thing 😍

So is Harvey being lined up to cheat on Jean then do we think ?

Yes he's a bit bored and lonely I thought he had a few friends? Was it just Mitch he hung about with?
