Oh of course Rocky I totally forgot about Rocky. I think he's a great character and probably think he needs a story to break poor jeans heart cos she isn't allowed to be happy,

I've read that Jean encourages the friendship, but I wonder if it will be a stalker storyline with Harvey.

As an aside, how does Elaine manage a night on the Baileys without throwing up. Odd choice for a session. I do like her though (but, Wardrobe, please get her some decent shoes).

What was the craic with Junior, and Anna getting mugged? He rang her to mark her out and then conveniently couldn't catch the mugger? He's obviously been a wrong un from day 1.

Good for Cathy, giving Cindy a slap, but as usual on EE pot/kettle, she's as bad a mother as Cindy.

I'm just catching up. What is the band Harvey and that women bonding over? And was she in Casually I know her face. Oh and I think Ravi's head is shaved higher than it used to be .

I've said before that Albert Square is the friendliest place in the world. Everyone makes best friends really quickly when they move there.

What was this Maya woman even doing in the middle of Walford street market? She said she had been shopping in East London I think, but Albert Square is hardly en route to anywhere, is it?!?

I agree she’s stalking Harvey or (targeting him for some sinister reason), but why? A platonic male and female friendship exploration story is too boring for a soap.

She mentioned yesterday her husband was a cabbie I wonder whatever happened to him she blames Harvey. I don't think it was casualty she was in I think it was Doctors.

Maybe she's something to do with Harvey's racist son? Can't remember his name. Maybe he injured her husband or something and she is targeting Harvey ?

@the80sweregreat Ian told Kathy he deliberately under-reacted to The Kiss because he knows he is second best for Cindy and if he makes a fuss she’ll leave him. Kathy pointed out she’ll leave him anyway.

I think Cindy was having inappropriate thoughts about Junior…

I don’t know what the Maya storyline is about but she’s clearly way too friendly.

I can’t stand all the Nish whispery manipulation but it was almost worth it for that last line. Well done Suki!

I actually thought it was the other way around: Junior looking and thinking about Cindy inappropriately!

Also, thought Suki's final words were rather harsh. At the end of the day, she must have loved him once many moons ago, to have been able to have 4 children with him! Not excusing his behaviour of course, he's not Nasty Nish for no reason afterall.

Yes you could be right there, I think there was a frisson both ways. We already know Junior isn't a stranger to adultery.

I don't think Suki ever loved Nish did she? I think it was an arranged marriage, he was always abusive and she was stuck with him. Just because someone's dying it doesn't make them any nicer, as we've already seen!

She was Ruma the midwife in Doctors ( married to Heston ) .
I didn't watch it ( I don;t think its on now ) except Hallowe'en and Christmas episodes. But there were very long and involved threads from the regular watchers (which were more interesting than the programme itself ) on Telly Addicts .
IIRC , Ruma was quite annoying !

Last one I saw was the Christmas 2023 were poor Rob ( Hollins) was arrested on his Staff Night Out ( Police) by a character played by the Previous Head Ben Mitchell .

Junior will get his wicked way with Cindy then tell his Dad what an utter tramp she is copping off with her husbands son.

I mean they've never ever done a storyline like this before (Stacey+Bradley Stacey+Max / Zoe+Dennis Zoe+Den ) to name but two .

I just read that next week she tells Harvey that her husband died last year so I think you’re right about the son injuring him.

George so wants to be with Cindy I think. Especially after today's episode.

I agree with you. Junior will want to prove to George how horrible Cindy is. And he'd be right, so I'll be glad if this happens.

There is no way Jean would be so happy about Harvey spending time with the younger, attractive new woman. Ridiculous.

Did anyone else feel the conversation with George and Elaine in the vic was filmed at strange angles? Like they weren't filmed together?
