We were sat behind her in the BFI a couple of years ago and my sister and I were texting one another (whilst sat next to each another) agreeing that the urge to shout "PAMELA!' was overwhelming. It was like that bit in Father Ted where they see Richard Wilson and want to cry out "I don't believe it!"

We kept it together though.

Gavin and Stacey will either be getting divorced or they'll have 10 kids by now. I did see Stacey on tv very recently and she looked rather like Charlie Dimmock now. I hope she is herself and doesn't go on a massive diet and plastic surgery binge for the show.

If Charlie Dimmock is a 12 / 14 I am a size 6 super model. ( in reality a size 16 oldie with wrinkles and grey hair ). She is a big lady these days.

She proposed in 2019 so if he said yes they would probably be married by now. They can't go back to 2019 because Neil, the baby, will be 16 by now.

Joanna Page looks quite a normal size 16 or so, just not normal TV person size. Charlie Dimmock is a much bigger person.

I think most of the cast look much better now than they did then although the costumes/wigs obviously didn’t always flatter them. Ruth Jones is lovely looking but not necessarily as Nessa!

@CandiedPrincess google tells me she’s 47 and has four children including a 2-year-old!

She would have been 29 and pre-kids during filming for season one of G&S so obviously looks a bit different now
