I was stunned how easily Tori was won back round by a cheap bracelet and the half-promise of a shag, but I almost cheered at her line 'Liz was representing you, and she did a shit job'.

I don't think Jack would have thought about it like that (or cared, but still).

i heard Liz being interviewed and she sounded much older, she is a nasty person with a torch for Jack. I was thinking that Jack rarely seems happy, he has a kind of banal smile but never really seems to get excited about things. What triggered the thinking was his PT profile

Lucindas home looked subtly chic, loved it. Lauren’s beautiful too. Tim’s treatment of Luc is unforgivable, I don’t buy the walls crap. Take some accountability and I feel sorry for his dogs.

We also had the catch up glitch but I hit the back button and it reverted to the show (albeit still had the Made in Chelsea trailer on the right hand side). Just in case it happens again!

@CheeseWisely so did in then went into full screen which took me back to the start. Then I thought its late and nothing too exciting will happen in these next few minutes!!

If Tim is still so ambivalent about Sara I don't think he should be shagging her.

Tori is making such a fool of herself. I feel there is some agreement in place but she's being double crossed from all the stuff Jack says to camera. Really odd and not sure what they're trying to achieve. Neither comes out looking good professionally.

Honestly this is the first series without even a hint of a swap (except Jack's eyes lighting up over jade and her having none of it)!

The men on this programme make me glad to be gay; misogynistic, self obsessed, smelly (Tim), gas lighting, shallow, pretending to be slow burners etc etc.

But then I look at the women; No self respect, lying, self obsessed, claiming faux anxiety, walk overs etc etc. There’s only really Lauren or Lucinda who have come out of this looking remotely positive!

This show is enough to make anyone asexual.

The thought of Tori giving up her friends, job and life in Melbourne to live with control freak Jack and his nasty female guard dogs in a grotty tuna fart scented flat in what looked like Blackpool ( no disrespect Gold Coast or Blackpool) leaves me cold.

I suspect Tori is horribly naive and has no idea what a good relationship looks like. She might be great at her job but she seems to be fantasy addicted to some fairytale take on marriage and utterly failing to look at the hard facts of what is in front of her. Plus her whole competitive streak which might serve her well professionally is her downfall here. She wants to win at almost any price and can't see that she is losing catastrophically.

It’s a shame there’s been no getting together with other people, Lucinder may be better suited to Richard, Cassie with younger Tim, would love to have seen Lauren with Jack, she wouldn’t have stood for his antics. I was enjoying the show early on, now want it over, cannot see many saying yes at the final vows.

That's exactly it. She may well have a pact with him to get to the end for mega media attention, but he is making out like a bandit by painting her as his unwanted sidekick, too thick and scared to call him out. He is loosing nothing - he doesn't care people think he is a dick and rude etc, he is making her do all the work and will win off the back of her being held up to the press as some dumbass who will give up her morals for love. That's the only reason the media are interested, not boring ham Jack.

Both Tori and Jack seem to think it's a competition, which it isn't. Unless it's a competition for opportunities afterwards, in which case they've done themselves no favours with their behaviour. Would anyone seriously want Jack as a PT after whalegate?

I'm sure I read on one of these threads that Jack & Harrison are friends. I wonder if Jack was having a laugh with Harrison & said nope I can definitely be worse than you & still beat you by getting her over the finish line

It seems like they didn't even try and recruit properly this year, just stood outside the Gold Coast shopping mall and took the first load that came along. Then realised they needed a bit of regional diversity so found Tori, Tim the Elder and Lauren. Sara was probably already hanging around the Sydney studios. Job done.

That sounds totally plausible!!

Maybe their travel budget was slashed. They've definitely had a fair few from western Australia in previous years (like I have any geographical knowledge of the place 😉)

Perth is so far from everywhere else I really think they should pair Perth people together.
