I'm gutted Max is leaving - he's a great character & plays Ben so well. Wonder if Lexie will go with him?

Happy new year all, I meant to add 🥳

Today’s episode was pretty good. Is Penny a drug dealer? Clearly she harbours resentment towards Jack for her paralysis. Lots of story potential with her, I think.

I'm sure it was announced that the actor playing Jay was leaving ages ago. But not sure if it was official.

Had rather too much red wine last night so a bit delicate , was a top night in with Rick Astley on tv and the fireworks.
Penny was in it once with Ronnie and Jack years ago , so obviously a new head now.
The trailer with Lauren looked good , she did look great and must be pleased to be back
Regular work although why those two are together I've no idea !

Jamie Borthwick tweeted Farewell Jay or something similar and then quickly deleted it

Surely Rocky can just tell the police what he saw? Being arrested himself doesn’t change that.

I can't remember the character Penny at all. I thought today's episode was pretty dull.

George’s parents were introduced towards the end of today’s episode. The father seems distant towards George so given what we know about George’s adoption, I’m looking forward to seeing how it all plays out this week.

Good episode on the whole, but not the New Year’s excitement there’s been before. I guess they all ran out of energy or something with the Six story.

Penny was in it briefly years ago.

It was - for a split second!! I thought - ooh I’ll watch that when I’ve finished what I was doing and it had disappeared!!

Really found todays episode dull and not the usual excitement of a New Year's Day episode.

Have no idea who Penny is so I've obviously wiped her from my memory!

And I have friends who foster so find the foster storyline so frustrating as it's so far from how things actually are.

So will Whitney tell Zack or just leave without letting on?

I know Whitney said she didn't want a baby at all after Peach but she could still fall pregnant, so you would use contraception ! It's not rocket science. Did they think because they said it then it wouldn't be a possibility?..
