You're not alone. I can relate to being gregarious and loud in front of other people, but at home where I feel safe I'm very quiet. It's not so much having two personalities as the different masks we use for different people I suppose.

I also feel sorry for Ella. I don't think such an insecure person should have been selected for a tv show where the likelihood of rejection was so predictable.

I think it was a tale of two halves with Nathaniel and Ella, we were supposed to agree with Nathaniel and then feel for Ella and they’re playing it right- they’re both showboating but the show is also exploiting them to face any insecurities they have and Ella has more

I can see where Thomas is coming from, know we only see a bit but from what we have seen Roz is giving him nothing but asking for cuddles none the less, think he’s a ‘we have a connection, let’s cuddle’ person, not a ‘cuddle to a connection’ person.

Ella could just be being more extra on camera so as not to come across like Thomas who I want to shake and tell him to liven up a bit. Although I would have acted like Ella (but in a more modest pair of togs) having to jump into that water because it looked scary and Nathaniel was very impatient.

I think Nathaniel has had enough and the stripping is a convenient out but he will want to stay on tv so I expect more of the same for a few weeks.

Nathaniel seems to be reverting to Geordie Shore default behaviour. Because I don't watch Geordie Shore (watched about 30 mins of one and couldn't watch any more) did anyone see him on it? If so, what was he like?

I wondered if Nathanial was making a big thing of Ella being an Ex Stripper as he's not really into her but talked a big game on the wedding day and now feels like he can't back track on that.

I just can't see someone who was open minded enough to marry a stranger and a trans woman being so very upset that she used to be a stripper, it doesn't even sound like that's still her job so what can she even do about it?

I did feel very sorry for Ella sitting by myself on the last night of the honeymoon while Nathanial ate in his room, although I'm not stupid enough to think we aren't clearly being manipulated into choosing a side by the production team.

I agree ... She seems like a fish out of water sometimes. A little brash and 'loudish' now and again, but deeply insecure I think.

ALSO.

I completely agree with previous posters that Nathanial is not into Ella as much as he made out, and is wildly backpedalling now, and trying to invent an argument/scenario/row that makes them fall out, so he can end it.

Ella seems really confused as to why he is being so arsey/ shouty/ argumentative. And I think everyone else is too!

I read on twitter someone saying that Ella wants someone to 'validate her' by finding her physically attractive straight away. She wants to be physically accepted and good enough for someone.
Nathanial is pansexual and said he needs to fall for the person behind the shell.
They're coming at things from totally different povs.

There is so much we don't see on camera as well. We had a four whole honeymoons squashed into one one hour episode. Obviously this is because they want to get to the dinner parties quicker and only show the 'good telly' bits.

N's outburst seemed to come out of no where but we have no idea what the build up actually was. Perhaps he is being fake or perhaps this was relevant to something we didn't see.
