Don't like Laura who seems cold but then her hubby seems a bit wooden too, but lacking in personality so far .

I wouldn’t have known Ella was trans if the programme didn’t mention it beforehand.

Unfortunately as sweet as the real bit of Ella seems, it is drowned out by the affected mannerisms and the inner man voice screaming to be heard.

I hate those bloody signs, but you’re spot on here. She even made reference to being a bit crazy in her vows. But rushed through them, looking down, like someone who uses this ‘zany’ character as a mask. When really, she’s not like that at all.

I like Thomas. I just hope Rozz gives the relationship time.
I get really ~irrationally~ annoyed with the contestants who think they’re going to madly fancy a total bloody stranger. How often does that happen in real life? (When you’re not off your tits on 10 tequilas that is!)

It's so tedious that half the contestants have been on tv shows before. I'll still be watching - but sad that's it's all just drivel and they're just in it to be on tv.

I think Ella's husband might be a trans man too but that would be some very dangerous game playing.

I wasn't actually looking at the TV when I first heard the voice and and thought it was a man's voice.

Ella's eyes are contact lenses I think, also Ella's behaviour smacks of a very flamboyant gay man. Calm the Jeff down!

She is a bit flamboyant! But I think she is realising it as she does it (IYSWIM) and quickly calms herself down a bit. She may have contacts possibly. I don't think we got a good enough look at the photo(s) of when she was a boy to see.

Immediately clocked Ella was trans. They seemed like a good match.

I really feel for Thomas. His biggest fear was that his partner would not think he was good enough and that was the exact vibe he got from Roz. She kept complaining that they were awkward together, but she obviously didn't do a good job at hiding her disappointment, so naturally he is going to feel it and act accordingly. I wish he would pull his upper class stick out of his backside though, I think he would look quite attractive if he acted more naturally.

I like Thomas, but it was the comment about not getting into a nightclub in Leicester because of his accent 🤣 I live in Leicester, it’s not in the back of beyond and there are plenty of people with RP accents!

He probably just meant it happened in Leicester @ExtraPaddingForFallingOver.

My posh sounding (lovely) friend was laughed at by a group of boys who would not believe that she wasn't 'putting on' her accent and that was in a nightclub in leafy Torquay (a long time ago)

Yes, that must be it. The rest of us just see people as things 🙄. Ella's mannerisms remind me of a drag queen. I do think Ella and Nathanial make a good match. Fingers crossed for them.

I feel like Nathaniel might be the problematic one. He's all about the heart supposedly but was still taken up by the exterior. Ella was more honest about what she wanted on a superficial level. I fear no man will live up to dad though.

Exactly why I have an issue with drag artists, the perception of a woman is offensive but that's for another convo.
The over acting and false tears plus hand waving like they are drying nails is getting in my wick !
