Genius idea putting some reality tv people in their too, they’re already schooled in TV manipulation!

Alan Cumming, amazing actor (if in any doubt watch My Old School, his lip syncing is faultless) He’s no Davina tho, playing it like Macbeth! He waltzes in and out but he hasn’t yet shown much empathy.

It’s the same missions which makes it a little bit boring as you know what’s coming up (especially since the UK one was so recent). Will still binge it though

They are definitely more strategic right from the start where the UK group started it like it was a weekend away and then got strategic later

The very loud male Traitor (won’t spoil it yet as not a spoiler thread yet) is very annoying and will piss people off I think

I find it interesting that they are apparently sleeping in the castle when the British lot were sent to separate B&B’s/ hotels.

I’m very sorry but I’m finding Alan Cumming annoying pretending it’s his castle.

you could turn it into a drinking game - drink a shot every time they show or mention a peacock 🦚

I'm finding Alan Cumming's accent really odd - it's as if he's overdoing the Scots but with a super theatrical tinge. Has he lived in the US too long ?

Having watched the first two, I’m not liking it nearly as much as the UK version. There’s no camaraderie there, they’re all out for themselves - I appreciate that’s more sensible on a game show, but I just don’t like it as much. I don’t know who any of the reality stars are, but it means the normies are not getting as much screen time, which is a shame. And Alan is no Claudia 😁. I’m sure there are more contestants as well - hopefully as they get whittled down we’ll see people come out of the background. Also, the annoying traitor guy is a dead ringer for Erlich Bachman from SiliconValley, it’s really distracting! I expect I’ll watch a few more though to see how it goes…

Yes I did think it was odd that Alan put the murder letter under a door but then it ended up being the same breakfast/letter on chair reveal as UK way

My Old School is a good watch, fascinating subject. It’s done in a innovative way too. I’m not sure AC is anyones cuppa in this tho. Don’t want you to be disappointed 🙀

Just finished the first one. Also perplexed by his accent and that it’s basically identical. Hmmm. Not sure I can be bothered. Amazing clothes though, especially the veteran guy.

They could defo have had Claudia do it as it’s the same location. I miss her.
