Mike got the diabetes thing wrong, leaving her the sugary drink. Summer did actually shout out that wasn't what she needed and that she needed to top up her insulin pump.

Insulin lowers blood sugar.

Yep - and you either get straight As at A Level or fail them all miserably. And it’s always a surprise. No one gets a B and a couple of Cs, as predicted.
