What happened to Alicent's brother and heir to the Hightower high tower? I might be wrong but I'm sure there was one. Did he get killed off or just hasn't been in it for a while?

Daeron? I thought I had a handle on Alicent's offspring despite the time leaps. Aegon, Aemond and Helaena. When did she squeeze a fourth one out? Why is he with her brother? Are you pulling my leg?

I don't know about Xbox, but I use the Now TV app on a smart TV, and when I hit pause one of the icons that pops up is a subtitles one, bottom right in this image, speech bubble shaped.

I have been rewatching Game Of Thrones.

Sorry, I'm abroad, so have already watched it. I won't post any spoilers yet.

There's a lot of really great acting in this episode. It's positively Shakespearian in places. There's a lot to digest. You definitely need to watch it carefully, I think.

Aargh, that must be so annoying. Now TV is working fine, but I guess that's a different account. Loved it - loads of stuff I wasn't expecting.

Caveat: one scene I certainly wasn't expecting, but not in a good way [Confused]

I have seen a spoiler on The Independent website (totallymy fault). I am looking forward to watching it.

Episode 9 finally up on Sky

Spoilers!!

I actually re-watched it. There are so many small details that are easy to miss.

I just want to say that the music in this episode is just stunning especially in the opening scene.

I know it won't be everyone's cup of tea but I just thought the music, the cinematography, the foreshadowing was just amazing.

I just noticed that Alicent said to Rhaenys When you have your answer ring the bell. I think the point of the final scene was that Rhaenys was ringing the bell to give her answer.

I liked the look on her lady-in-waiting's face when Alicent said to tell no one.

Also, Ser Criston looming behind Lord Lyman.

The division between the twins.

Re-watching the scene between Larys and Alicent definitely has a different vibe the second time around. I wonder about the significance of his cane. The close-up of it seemed important.

I liked that this episode rally focused on Alicent and her relationships with the men in her life.
