Just finished episode one and need to talk about it!!!

Didn't like much of the episode to be honest. But the ending! I'm floored! Was not expecting that.

I’m finally enjoying it! I thought this episode was great. Has anyone seen a trailer for episode 10? I’ve looked but can’t find one.

Final episode prediction: Carrie is on date 3 with Peter, it's finally going well and then BAM - a newly divorced Aiden walks into the same restaurant!

Oooo interesting!! But I still don't want them to get back together, it just seems like she would be settling and he would be confident she wouldn't cheat again because Big isn't around.

Ooh imagine if Carrie and Aiden finally get Mauwi’d 😉😂

Is Miranda's alcoholism over now? She read the book and now she is cured. Yay for her! Especially will all these life changes going on, not a bother to her

I assumed she was never alcohol dependent ,and was using it as a crutch ,as she was so unhappy in her marriage ? Yes this last episode was much better it actually resembled ,sex and the city .

I hope there will be a Season Two!

Loved Anthony‘s little shorts-jumpsuit when delivering the bread! As a previous OP said, he should be the new Samantha.

I also think they were cueing up the professor to be Miranda‘s love interest, maybe Ramirez took while to come on board.

Carrie wearing heels to paint is actually her. It’s one of the things I always hated about her, ridiculous fashion slave despite the circumstances around her. Mind you I used to think Miranda was the best of the bunch and now look.

I thought the professor as Miranda,s new love interest would have been more realistic, both intelligent articulate women who have a lot in common ,it would make far more sense. than Che .

I really liked this episode. I loved the “smug Charlotte” comment. I really liked the pathos between Steve and Carrie - like we are being reminded he is a good and decent guy.

I liked Carrie in this - she is really quite likeable.

Having checked IMDB, John Corbett doesn't feature in the cast list for And Just Like That, so it will be interesting to see if he does appear in the final episode.

And I did look it up Totally wrong, he was the salesman when Carrie took Jack to the Prada shop.

That's it! Knew I recognised him. Wonder if he went on to open a Brooklyn club or if he's a new character.

Remember when Justin Theroux appeared twice as different love interests in the early series? Once in a club to make Big jealous and then later as a fellow writer whose mum Carrie befriended.

I liked Aidan. He seemed stable whereas Big was the unreliable thrill. I was amazed they were still married when this series started.

Also Aidan had a nice cabin in the woods.

Oh I'm no fan of Big either. I was fully with Susan Sharon at the funeral - 'am I the only one who remembers what a prick he was to her?!'

Carrie likes unavailable men. That much is clear.

But I started to seriously dislike Aiden when he got back with her, then hit her really hard when putting her nicotine patch on her back. Unbelievable that they just glossed over that.

As for Carrie telling him that Big was in her life and to get over it, urgh.

I absolutely loved aiden and I was so annoyed they didn't stay together, but I agree I absolutely hated his second stint when he was so bitter towards her.
I do love his character though and I hope he gets to redeem himself after the second movie and his initial series exit behaviour!
If they get together and break up though I'll be so annoyed, o can't deal with that again 🙈

I quite liked Aidan but the two of them were so incompatible. She has always been in the city, high fashion. He dresses like a normal person and likes solitude in the countryside with his dog. If anything I think age would have widened that all.

I thought the tampon thing was utterly ridiculous. Charlotte was a massive prude and would no way be getting that involved, in what is actually a very basic proposition. She’d be a bit soppy about her “little girl” , maybe a chat through instructions big hug and send her to the big on her own.
Like most mothers.

Steve is appalling. How anyone can live with that whiny voice is beyond me. No wonder Miranda finds Che attractive, it’s her stage/radio voice.

I love Seema. Proper SITC. Like that’s she’s got a hot bloke after her. Like that she can have a fag without a big moral sideswipe. Although I should imagine it’ll happen at some point if there’s a series 2 or 3.
