Just finished episode one and need to talk about it!!!

Didn't like much of the episode to be honest. But the ending! I'm floored! Was not expecting that.

I enjoyed episode 3.

I was wrong too but I am glad, that would have been awful.

Carrie’s hair looks natural and good. Don’t ask me re the wig I don’t get it snd it’s such a bad one

Do you all have massive TVs? I don't notice the appearance stuff much - though that's also true in real life.

I don't think it's noticeable that CN is wearing a wig but Alicia Florrick wore a wig the whole time in The Good Wife and I don't think viewers noticed that.

What a load of rubbish!! And I say this as someone who owned the box sets of SATC and watched it many times. I used to love it. The movies were naff but watchable.

AJLT is awful. What have they done to the characters?!
Why is Miranda turning bi and alcoholic?
Why do they keep reminding us they are aged 55?
Why are they so nasty about Samantha and how awkward was the first 5 minutes of the opening episode explaining her absence?
Why do Carrie and Big now live in a relatively small apartment when they used to live in an enormous glass penthouse?
Why does Rose have to not feel like a girl just because she doesn't like floaty dresses?
Why did we get a full stand up routine from Che? Felt a bit like shoe horning in some very clear woke messages.
Why does Carrie just accept being called a cis woman? I don't think she would have done that in SATC. Samantha definitely would have had something to say about it! At least a conversation.
Any why was the whole audience is Che's stand up venue women? I know a lot were non binary but whey the audience cheered they were all high pitched female voices.

I am not enjoying being preached to, and I can't see the point of this new series apart from promoting gender neutral non binary messages.

Just started watching episode 3. And I totally agree with all this. Miranda would 100% be gender critical, Carrie too probably. The wokeness is just irritating, are they trying to appeal to a younger audience?

I do love Che though, and Sara Ramirez is so classically beautiful I don’t blame Miranda for having the horn though I don’t think Miranda would ever find pedophile jokes funny.

Have a serious problem with the male podcast bloke, why isn’t he being arrested?! Masturbating in public and talking about having sex with children. Is this is what we are supposed to champion now?

Watched ep 3- it was awful. They’ve murdered this show.

The 2nd film was dreadful and it’s the same kind of dreadful, if not worse. Dull but now full of predictable plot lines. The wokeness is beyond cringe and it’s ruined it for me. They could let Miranda be gay, I like that idea, but without lecturing the audience through a non binary stand up character .

All the things it stood for in its heyday, being different to anything else on TV... well now it’s trying to be like everything else.

I love the old series and always will. And I’ll still watch it. But it makes me feel sad that they’ve killed it. Kim Cattrall was right not to go back.

it was many different wigs. It was so funny because I think we all envied her hair, but it turned we can buy it, lol.

I don't know what's on New York radio, but my guess is that it's an exaggeration of what's really happening with shock jocks. Again, don't want to get into politics on this thread so maybe a discussion for the feminist board.
