Just finished episode one and need to talk about it!!!

Didn't like much of the episode to be honest. But the ending! I'm floored! Was not expecting that.

I wonder if in the “stack of papers” Joey’s mum mentioned, in here’s an old will that names Natasha and maybe even his first wife but doesn’t mention Carrie.

So she moves back to old apartment, hustles for more work etc. But miraculously in the last episode Joey’s mum, Saint Louise style, reorganises Big’s files or deal before retiring and finds the new will Big made which gives Carrie her rightful place as main heir.

Also what about frozen embryos with Natasha rather than a love child? And Natasha goes to court over them.

I think Bridget Moynahan was photographed filming scenes for the show so your predictions may well come true.

It was noticeable that they reminded us about Carrie’s old apartment so I think the pp who predict ex-wives with a claim on Big’s estate are on to something. Carrie will have to sell up or move out. Frankly if it’s Natasha I will be here for it - Carrie and Big both treated her absolutely appallingly and I’d quite enjoy a storyline where she got her revenge.

I've checked the sky planner for next week and it's repeating episode 2 at 8pm and showing the new episode 3 at 9pm.

Why did Carrie just stand there? Why didn't she call an ambulance? I found that a bit unrealistic.

The title is horrible - the turquoise italics look like something from Windows movie maker. Really weird.

When she was holding him in the shower, I think Big moved his arm, so he wasn't quite dead.

Thanks everyone. I saw that and confused me as this indicates he was alive but I thought they showed Big die when they looked at each other. I will go with the majority opinion though.

Just watched both episodes. The first was hard work right until the last few minutes () but the second seemed much more settled and back in line with the original show.

Interesting thoughts about Big's financial position, I'll be interested to see how that pans out.

With regards Steve's hearing I don't know why people are making a big deal of it? He worked in bars all his life, it's a pretty common result of constant noisy environments.

I don't think it's the deafness people were questioning it's the fact he's acting like a 90 year old.
