I don’t think she was ever that super. People loved her in the Geoff era, but even when she was being abused she shouted a lot, even when cowering.

I think the love in the Geoff era was really only because everyone hated Geoff and wanted Yasmeen to get away from him.

I remember people saying how amazing she was in her portrayal of an abused wife, but I remember thinking she was a little OTT, like now. Geoff was brilliant though!

Yes, he was truly terrifying.

The only jarring thing about the whole Geoff/Yaz DV storyline was that he fell off the sodding roof and didn't go to trial! I suppose though that there was no Geoff trial as the Corey/Kelly trial wasn't going to be a big story.
I really dislike Phil's posh mum. If she's that posh she'd surely be a little more well groomed and sleek.

Yeah their reactions were very OTT for what I assume was a video of summer standing outside of Daniels car at the passenger side while he was inside it on the drivers side. Hardly scandalous. They’re neighbours, they’re going to meet each other on the street.
