Absolutely loved it!

My list of big house jobs includes 'declutter' in every room so I was hoping to put off doing it be inspired. Loved Stacey Solomon though would have liked more from Ivan on the cleaning.

I can't imagine in 2 years time when a 15 year old has to share with a 4 year old. But obviously they are all in this situation through no fault of their own and they are doing the best they can.

The brother was 8 I thought and the cousin 2. So it would be a 10 and 4 year old?

louise5754 · 25/02/2023 09:06

@Meredusoleil Oh yes maybe

Rummikub · 08/03/2023 21:02

I thought this had ended

Rummikub · 08/03/2023 21:12

Was there one last week?

No. The last episode that aired before tonight (5/6) was the Sikh family.

Because of emotional attachment?

HufflepuffRavenclaw · 09/03/2023 08:27

The mum last night at least recognised her emotional attachment and realised that it was because she struggled to cope with her kids growing up. But also realised that hanging on to 40 babygros was just madness.

Kids are always more ruthless.

I love Stacey. She's so warm and genuine.

ExcessiveIyDisorganised · 09/03/2023 10:42

Another lovely family. I think one of the things I like is that although Stacey is the main presenter, the others all get their time to talk to camera rather than have her wandering around asking them questions, I found this irritating on the last series of Changing Rooms. I also like the way she gets stuck in, not just with the decluttering but with the power tools. And the way the team drive themselves to the houses and all seem to have such a brilliant rapport.

Rummikub · 09/03/2023 10:59

They are all lovely.

Stacey is having a diy programme too.

I kept trying to see how big the sell pile was and what was in it. But the camera only showed recycle and donate.

the80sweregreat · 09/03/2023 11:00

It is a lovely programme and Stacey is so full of life and happy.
The family last night were also great

Did I miss the episode featuring Mrs Hinch, I'm sure I saw she was supposed to appear in one?

Someo · 09/03/2023 15:16

I loved that bedside table she made out of breadbins! I thought it might of looked a bit naf but I was pleasantly surprised.

Urgh, certainly won't be watching that.

ImJustMadAboutSaffron · 09/03/2023 18:47

Isn't Rob just lush?

PermanentTemporary · 09/03/2023 20:17

OK cried AGAIN, what a lovely family. Isiaah is a bit like my ds, made me wobbly happy inside to see him smile.

Going to miss this series hugely.

Loved this series. Not so sure about the blue swirly picture but they certainly needed something to liven up the room.

riotlady · 09/03/2023 21:20

Really want Dilly’s rainbow cardigan!

I agree. It was a bit too grey otherwise.
