Absolutely loved it!

My list of big house jobs includes 'declutter' in every room so I was hoping to put off doing it be inspired. Loved Stacey Solomon though would have liked more from Ivan on the cleaning.

I loved the breadside table Stacey made for the girls, but didn't understand why they had to buy new beds. Were the old crushed velvet ones bigger than single size then?

What I really want to know is where Dilly got those white cereal dispenser things that she stuck on the kitchen tiles from? Also, why didn't they just install more kitchen cupboards instead of the shelves? Lack of time?

How gorgeous were the kids with those piercing blue eyes. The boy was like a model.

I think they had normal sized, 3 feet wide single beds before, and they bought the narrower 2ft 6ins size so they could change the room round like that.

There was a spell a few months ago when those "breadside tables" kept popping up on my tiktok or insta (I seem to follow a lot of home decor and Ikea hack people, they are Ikea breadbins). Those videos are oddly addictive.

Me too. It was an interesting first episode. The house seemed a very odd shape from outside. The kitchen was almost triangular! Also, Stacey said they had 2 bedrooms upstairs, one for the girls to share and one became the dad's office. What about the parents' bedroom?

I was expecting there to be some traumatic experience to explain why the mum was hording everything so much. But there didn't seem to be on this occasion!

I also kept thinking why the parents kept carrying the 5 year old everywhere. Put her down ffs!

What was 20 odd unopened jars of the same jam about?!

I presumed it was dad from his travels!

Yes I think the jam was one of those things that the dad brought back from his work trips - along with all the sweets and treats which didn't get eaten.

Lovely family though, it;s always the case that the adults both have their own issues with not wanting to get rid of things for sentimental reasons - the woman had a whole loft full of her own old childhood things and was filling her own house too, and the dad had boxes of paperwork.
