Re Denise and the benefits saga.

It was all broadcast about the time that ' I Daniel Blake ' came out at the cinema and it was a case of ' I , Denise Fox ' ( not telling anyone about her money issues and going hungry)
Had a happier ending though and now she is a full time salon owner with Kim and Lola ( when they bother to show up !)
They could have done a storyline around her having to close and claim money from the government over the lockdowns etc, but that was all a breeze on EE too of course..

I enjoyed the drama of the fire even though it was somewhat unrealistic.

When Gray and Kheerat went in to the burning building I had a horrible feeling they were going to have Gray die in the fire as his comeuppance so I was pleased they didn’t do that as there needs to be proper justice for Chantelle, Tina and Kush.

I am wondering if Whitney and Gray will now get together and it will result in the truth coming out.

I like Kat and Janine together.

I thought the special effects were excellent. Especially when the flames went up and along the kitchen ceiling.

Tbf as bizarre as the walford police are - I can't see them looking for Ruby's dna (or anyone else's) in Jeans garage as proof of her involvement, particularly since she's said she'd plead guilty? They can trace the large payments into Jeans bank account easily so they probably wouldn't question it too much would they? Particularly since this is a maternity leave story anyway I wonder if Ruby and Stacey will pass each other in the corridor in prison on their respective ways in and out?

Re the mick and rainie thing, I wonder what he is proposing poor Bernie does with the surrogate baby if she doesn't hand it over to Rainie? Keep it and raise Stuart's baby herself? Have it adopted?
