I felt really sorry for Ruby. Going through being raped and finding love again, always being second best to Stacy, taking crap off Martin...poor girl deserved a happy ending but instead got death at her door...I know it's fake but characters like Jean get a pay on the back for framing Ruby yet Ruby doing the same to Stacey she's seen as a villain. Wtf is with Martin talking down to her...

What I never understand in these programmes is when they find what they were looking for earlier on ie in Ruby's case the positive pregnancy test, why don't they go shouting and screaming about it to everyone and anyone who is within earshot?!? I mean, that's what I would do! They just seem to accept their fate and give up on being believed 🤷🏻‍♀️

Exit stories for characters must be hard to do I suppose especially if they want them to come back and not just kill them off. It often ends up being unbelievable though.
I hope Whitney doesn't start going out with Gray.

As we know already with Kush, Gray has an amazing mutant ability to destroy/turn cameras off with his mind, especially while he's committing crimes. I'm surprised his telekinesis when he gets in a strop hasn't been included in the storylines somewhere.

I agree about Ruby's storyline. Stacey is a bit of a Phil character and gets away with a lot. Never really warmed to her character in recent years - she seems very angry and entitled and we only see her good side in a crisis, which isn't enough. Ruby was a liar, but you can see it stems from a lot of insecurity and loneliness, and Jean pretty much does exactly the same as what she does and she's a hero. I feel sad as I thought Ruby's character was great in the beginning when she returned, but as always in EE, anyone with money or success has to turn into someone more sinister (especially females), which we will soon see with Rocky. I guess she needs a storyline to take leave though and hopefully they will wrap it up.

Not keen on the Whit/Gray romance being revived though. Just get Janine in there to sort him out and steal his cash, although I'm sure Gray would see through her!

Stacey has had a troubled past and isn't a sympathetic character really. She has messed up and done some horrible things too especially when she was with Bradley and Max.
However, what Ruby did to her about the ' assault ' was awful. It's been a complex story : I sometimes think the writers make it a bit too unbelievable / conflated at times just for the duf duf moments. They drag it all out too.
Mo growing cannabis under the others noses was a step too far : it could have been a drug storyline without any of that ( especially as Ruby does own a nightclub)

The whole drugs thing on top of the non pushing is too much. Ruby could have informed the police when her conscience got the better of her and confessed. Job done Stacey has the best pissed off face ever Glad to see the back of grinning/ crying Ruby

Martin actor really needs to just go back on the market.
Anything other than "2 pounds of carrots" is beyond him, the angry thing at Ruby was dreadful.

It is sad as the square could do with a few more sassy women around who could be role models to aspire to be something other than ending up pregnant or in jail.

Sharon is doing well with the gym. That's about the only one who is at the moment.

She seemed to accept her fate by then.
Mind you , Martin's 'sucking on a lemon face ' is enough to force anyone to prefer a stint in prison!!
