People don't get arrested just because they have committed crimes and are in Canada. If they are coming for some diplomatic/strategic purpose they would have immunity. I don't know why the puttnams were allowed to come but it's obvious why they facilitated nick coming. June is a high profile escapee and helping her get her daughter out would be great PR.

He's there for a strategic purpose and has immunity. He can't just decide to stay. He's a war criminal.

Has there been any sort of realisation that baby Nichole could be Fred's since Serena is pregnant? Or have I missed something which means it isn't a possibility?

Nobody had mentioned it The show runners don't seem to have thought about it as a possibility and have just said she isn't
