I totally get Toadie's point re Nell seeing Amy with both Ned and Levi, however I think the way he just introduces new love interests to the kids will have more of an affect.
He needs to rein in his love life before starting on Amy's.

I like what they have done to Rose at all. Before she lied to get the evidence to show her husband was hiding money and was a manipulative bastard and it was understandable but now they are making her manipulative and having shit boundaries. It’s awful to rewrite her character like this.

No idea why she would confess all to Hendrix.

I feel like they are trying to clear up their writing wrongs by now showing Toadie fucking up Nell and calling out the Lassiters nepotism.

Why would Melanie not give Toadie gifts his kids made him!?! That feels like a similar vein to Chloe thinking the engagement ring is hers…

Although I do think if they get back together, and if it’s available, Mel’s fish name should be Catfish due to her tiger infatuation.

I think the thing with Mel and the gifts was about feeling awkward because Rose was there

But she was leafleting and worried about bumping into him yet carrying around his bag of presents… She wasn’t looking for him. She could have easily dropped it at his door in the morning or given them to Mackenzie to pass on.

I thought Amy was annoying until Rose re-appeared who is much worse. I cannot bear to watch any scenes where either of them are speaking in those babyish voices - which leaves very little to watch as both are in far too much at the moment.

But I do think the running joke of Karl being too interested in Amy, Ned and Levi's relationship/s is funny.
