Don't think anyone is saying Jack wasn't a graceful loser, just that they got a bit carried about during the video production!!

I did feel from what we saw in the last episode that they must me a lovely carer.

I love Sophie, really want her to win

Just watched the final and I'm very happy with the outcome

I'm surprised Dolli got so many offers. They might be a bit disappointed..

I suppose Dolli got so many offers because she was the only one who focused on female beauty. I know Sophie wanted to impress the special effects guy - I wish he'd offered her work.

Just caught up earlier than usual (for fear I'd see the winner and spoil it fir myself!!)

Must admit i was nervous she wouldn't make it because of her nerves in the masterclass and because she then said she was concentrating on beauty fir the first time. (Thought, no this is not the time!!!) But she did amazing in bith

Yes I was pleased for Sophie but I did think it was unfair that in effect they chose the winner from a face off. Hypothetically someone could win every challenge every week but mess up on the final face off and lose! Doesn't make sense to me.

In this case Sophie's final make-up was deemed excellent and then they had to choose between Dolli and Craig because there were errors in both. .Would have been really unfair if Craig then went to win on the basis of the face off!

I was happy with the winner too. I am sure they based their final decision on all the looks they had done over the competition - it was clear to me who the winner should be when they reviewed them all. Pretty sure the face-off chair was just for dramatic effect with the decision already made, barring failure in the face off?

Actually I agree with you but the face off tacked on at the end is a a bit pointless then?

Yes I thought the face off was a bit pointless (also didn't really like the look). It felt flat using the same rushed competition that had been usually been used to see who should stay out of the two worse that week.

I think it would have been better to have gone through all their work or maybe have got them to redo something they didn't do so well and discuss how they had improved.

I thought Dolli should have been in the final two, if it was based on the day. Her purple glowy look was awesome. And I am so bored of Craig ignoring the features on the face he is working on.
Sophie's Crystal look was stunning and really did look like something from a magazine.

I loved this series again. I totally agree that it was the wrong two in the face off but the right winner. Sophie has just been fantastic all the way through.

This is a good idea - then the final winner decided on the basis of the individual test (lurking BBC production / programme devt types, take note ).

Dolli's look was great but that is the only thing she seems great at. Her first makeup and the last make up were both along the same lines of paint the whole face a colour and then decorate it with a tribal feel.

This is what I have loved about Sophie from the start - and she was a worthy winner. I'm so glad she did triumphed.

I agree with Coco when she said I'm surprised Dolli got so many offers. They might be a bit disappointed Dolli is beautiful - and she does her own make up amazingly, but her ideas are very limited. her final offering was the same one she'd done all the way through but in blue and yellow rather than black and gold: beautiful, striking - but totally unoriginal.

I wondered if the judges are given a number of "opportunities" to offer the candidates - after all if they've got this far, they must be good enough not to totally cock up and minor task there given - and they can hand them out at their own discretion. If they knew that Dolli was going to be the one they rejected, the umpteen offers would sweeten the bitter pill.

And agree that the "face-off" is more "farce-off" - load of rubbish, really. And it has allowed people in the past who really should have gone, to hang on at the expense of better MUAs. Just something to rack up a bit of drama.

I'm sure they'll all go on to do amazing things though.

I thought that Dolli might be as much the model as MUA for her offers, she does photograph so well.

So chuffed for Sophie, she's amazing! Loved her from the beginning, I wish I had that kind of talent
