The Donna Tartt novel is so so good, much better than her latest. I studied Renaissance French Poetry at uni and our professor told us to read it saying we were like that group! He was such a nice man and took us all out for a drink after our last lecture. Lectures took place in his office in an old Georgian house. Such a privilege to be taught by him and he died not long after we left. Th at book is very special to me and it really is worth reading.
