I just came on here to see if a thread about it had been posted I liked the way she dealt with it, just oh not going to talk to you, bye. Good on her. Didn't like the faux "oh I didn't even know that was on the screen!" From susannah. I hope she's not going to start being the new piers, I've only just been able to start watching it again.

I turned over because they got her on air and immediately starting talking about fucking Harry and Meghan.

I don't understand, why is it offensive to call her an addict to wellness?

Yes I was at that. EW wasn't answering the question so SR stopped her quite rightly.

@StephenBelafonte I think it's more that she went from being an addict to a fitness guru.

I didn't see it and could have misunderstood but that's how I read it

Agree sparkling EW thought she was a soft touch and ignored the questions.

SE was much better about holding her to account.

Her autobiography has the word addiction on the front cover cover though so she obviously has talked about it before.

I agree she's entitled to take part in whatever interview she chooses. She has written books/articles about her history as an addict so not sure she can completely escape that though? Clearly pissed off as soon as she came on screen!!

I think the grumpy started as soon as she saw the tag line along the bottom. Well done her. she presumably had things to plug but it meant more to her that she didn't do it.

@StephenBelafonte Patsy Palmer has struggled with drug/alcohol addiction in the past and it was written a lot about in the press.

Info like Patsy, have had my path cross with hers quite a few times and she’s always so nice to everyone

I've never really understood the sympathy for Susannah.
She has always sat next to Piers smirking and joining in when he's been rude to people so she obviously didn't think his behaviour was that bad.
It's the same with any job really. If you work for a scurrilous organisation with low morals, you are basically saying that it's ok by continuing to work for them.

Ah I just watched it. I guess it depends what the interview was about - BS seemed to think it was about promoting a wellness brand so labelling her an addict because of last issues was probably a bit unnecessary.

Since when has she been an addict. I don't think Ive ever seen any negative press about her and she always seems so lovely in reality shows and interviews
