It really annoyed me when one of the ixperts said to a couple at the start of the commitment ceremony that she’d “observed” them behaving in such and such a way at the dinner party....yet apparently none of them possess the observational skills to notice Jessika and Dan having a full on pashfest 🙄

It is so clear how unhappy Micko is at having to stay another week in a farcical relationship and the ixperts obviously know Jessika is only doing it to have the opportunity to crack on with Dan, and yet with a shrug of the shoulders, off they’re sent to enjoy an awkward week with the fam.

The season before last I think John (non Polynesian John) voted to stay and Debbie left. I think they are pain to be in it so there is financial incentive to stay. Plus they can go to a different apartment.

I think what Mike said was totally fine. Heidi completely over reacted to his comment. If a woman said that 'i could fall for you' I might fall in love with you' whatever...I think a bloke going off the deep end would be seen as controlling.

Think about it, he cannot even say how he feels in the relationship without Heidi going off the deep end.

He isn't a nice person at all but does that mean he can't even say how he feels?

What he said isn't the issue, it's what it is triggering in Heidi. He doesn't acknowledge it and she isn't understanding why it's effecting her so much. It is both of them.

I thought Pob was really unfair on Heidi again. Mike was gaslighting her on the whole 'I could love you one day' thing. He knew exactly how he said it. He was lapping up everything Pob said, nodding his head and giving the sad face to the ixperts. They're playing right into his hands.

Jess and Dan are just playing the Ines and Sam narrative over again, very predictable. It felt very scripted how Mick had bad mouthed her family and now surprise surprise he's got to face them.

I do find Heidi lovely but quite dramatic. She does blow things out of proportion on purpose. I am just assuming she doesn't like him anymore and that's what she's struggling to admit.

But Dan?! Oh my god, no. Horrible.

The women are always the biggest losers in the affair scenario. Why don't they realise?

I actually timed Michael and Martha's session because I've noticed they're on for a fraction of the time everyone else is on for. They were on for 2 minutes 😂. Everyone else ranged from 4 to 10 minutes. They are so boring I actually wanted to fast forward as soon as they came on but DS wouldn't let me 😂

Most people here think he is Mr nasty. I don't think that. I think he has some behaviours and opinions I don't. Like but I find Heidi very annoying. She is attracted to him but they are not compatible.

This series has been mental hasn't it compared to others, feeling more and more scripted to me 🙊

From the trailer, looks as though Cyrell's brother might actually put the nail in the coffin of the best relationship Cyrell has ever had. Nic likes Cyrell but can't do with the drama. Looks like Cyrell's family taught her to do the drama and the brother is unable to see his 'unsophisticated' approach is utterly ridiculous, unnecessary and will harm Cyrell, not 'protect' her. Maybe the push/ get-out clause Nic needs to justify ending the relationship?

He said "I could try to fall in love with you". I don't know why the "try to" has been dropped when then discuss it because that was the most insulting bit. Why would anyone want to be with someone who had to "try" to fall in love with them?

And as a pp mentioned, all the talk of "old Heidi" and "new Heidi" was insulting. It's as if, in order to be with him, she's expected to change. But there's no recognition of his faults and there seems to be no expectation that he should change or alter his expectations. I think that's the problem with the dynamic. All of the responsibility for the success of the relationship is being put into Heidi. It doesn't seem fair at all.

She would drive me demented. The reason she is single still is because she's attracted to hot, misogynistic types like Mike, but expects them to listen to her talk about her 'feelings' constantly. Dino (eg) would listen to her - buts she wouldn't want to shag him (I have a friend like Heidi 🤣)
