Funniest Gavin and Stacey moments

Just finished rewatching the 3 series, one of my all time favourite tv shows. For me the funniest moment is when Dave says to Nessa 'are you talking about our relationship? Or the Calor gas?' And then when Nessa and Smithy are on the dodgems and they stop to see Dave standing holding a tank of gas even thinking about it has me laughing out loud

Bryn singing James Blunt in the Picasso always has me howling. Gavin sitting on Santa Nessa's knee. The drunken night when Dawn falls over. "I know the answer - Kris Akabussi!“ Doris singing The Smiths. Pete's mum popping up from behind the bar on Christmas morning. Pam dancing to Could it be Magic. Smithy and Rudi fighting in the shop when they go to buy his suit. So so many!

So many funny moments, too many to mention but my favourite scenes are Smithy and Nessa with the corn on the cob. The writing was superb and so subtle, we all knew what was being said, the undercurrents were amazing.

Pete and Dawn's wedding vow renewals! Dawn uses Michael Jackson's lyrics for 'Ben' but changes the name Ben to Pete in her vows.
'Pete, you're always running here and there.. you feel you're never wanted anywhere...'
If you don't know what Michael Jackson wrote Ben about.. you would never understand why it was so funny.

Agree all these. Also funny when Mick and Pam go down to Wales to beach and the neighbour put it in Twitter. Also when Smithy and Bryn in the gym at Bryn's house lol. I love Pam so funny.

And Bryn getting too excited when he shoots "surprise".

'No way josay' 'I can seen it in minds aisle' and her just being so dippy!
I love the facial expressions and eye rolling. When Smithy is talking about masturbating and Stacey agrees saying she is that bored that she cracks 5 out before cash in the attic ... Gavin's face! 😂 when she's gone Smithy says 'check her out getting her 5 a day. Similar when her and Nessa discuss having ' a cracking night with Russell Brand? All 3 of them'.
I like subtle visuals. When Nessa wants to go and use her vibrator and is hunting down batteries. Think Gwen gives her some from the remote.nshe comes back down as says 'I didnt need them as it goes'... shebruns her two fingers under the tap and Gwen hands her a tea towel 😂😂

Bryn makes me laugh too. When someone passes him the big Black Pepper grinder in the restaurant and he grabs it and says 'ooh that's a big one'.

The discussion about 'deal or no deal' on xmas day. 'Without Noel, it would be utter horseshit'

"You leek munching sheep shagger!"

My fave line is when Nessa is having a bath and Stacey asks 'shall I do your back' and Nessa replies 'Yes the razor is over here' 😅

It’s not in the lines but the acting/directing...

E.g Brynexplaining to Gavin how to drive back to Essex.
Bryn excited to watch his Sex and the City dvds
Bryn going out on the extra stag night
Bryn crying at the end of the stag night
and, my favourite, Bryn kissing Gavin on the lips on dear the mistletoe and Gav’s reaction...

When Mick is on the news having discovered a body at work: they are all gathered to watch it on the telly, the reporter announces that a woman’s body had been found - everyone whoops and claps because it means Mick is about to be on, but such bad taste timing (grin)

Oh and Pam...
