My feeling is that Chloe tries too hard to be a 'cool girl' and it always backfires when she catches feelz. She seems to try to be best friends with all the cool, good looking boys - I bet then she makes all sorts of declarations of how she would be so totally fine with a Friends With Benefits situation, the boys sign up to this and then she loses her sh1t when they actually stick the agreed arrangement.
