I love Classic Corrie, but you can really see why it needed a shake-up a few months down the line. Mavis and Derek get an allotment is hardly thrilling material, and ‘will Billy Williams drink one half too many?’ isn’t keeping me on the edge of my seat either.

Can’t stand the Kelly character and young Ashley is annoying too

I didn't like how Liz turned it into all Vicky,s fault ,as though Steve just got caught up in it

He had a son Paul ,with Andrea Clayton who he's never seen ,but Paul comes back into Corrie at some point ,needing a kidney transplant ??

Yes it think so but I had given up.watching it regularly by then ,Did Paul and Our Tommy ever meet ?
