It was, yes, I came here to ask if anyone noticed baby Tyrone!

x2boys · 27/07/2020 19:37

Yes I thought it was Tyrone too😲i kept rewinding it !

Patch23042 · 27/07/2020 22:45

It was definitely him!

Ontheboardwalk · 28/07/2020 00:16

Vicky dresses older than Emily

Smallsteps88 · 28/07/2020 00:35

Aww they must have had him as an extra and then decided to give him the Tyrone gig as he didn’t appear as Tyrone until 1998 and we’re only in 1996 at the minute.

DratThatCat · 28/07/2020 12:56

Does anyone else feel sorry for Jamie? The poor lad was trying to do the right thing by trying to get Jodie's bike back and he just get an earful from everyone. I really hope someone comes along and says they saw him chasing after the girl on the bike.

justthecat · 28/07/2020 13:26

I like Jamie,he’s the only kid on Corrie that’s not annoying!

x2boys · 28/07/2020 13:26

I know bless him ,he's such a good little actor too.

thenightsky · 28/07/2020 22:20

Its weird, but I'd completely forgotten that the Duckworths had the Rovers. Shock I have no memory of it at all, despite watching it avidly around that time.

Patch23042 · 28/07/2020 22:51

It’s good to see Alec.

I can’t recall Don owning the garage. Natalie (Denise Welch) must be arriving soon - is she Tony’s mother? I can’t recall the connection.

x2boys · 28/07/2020 22:59

Yes she's Tony,s mother ,does she buy the garage with Kevin at one point ?

Smallsteps88 · 28/07/2020 23:22

Oh I never liked Natalie! Did she have a handbags at dawn moment with someone else on the street? Sally? Did sally slap her?

StillCoughingandLaughing · 29/07/2020 00:31

Yes she's Tony,s mother ,does she buy the garage with Kevin at one point ?

Tony and Kevin buy it together. Natalie ends up taking over Tony’s share because [insert massive spoiler if you didn’t see it first time around]

eggandonion · 29/07/2020 10:37

Is the buying and selling of the pub and garage the start of people being able to do property deals with no apparent money? I remember the compressor being needed, but not Don being involved.

x2boys · 29/07/2020 11:42

Looks like it, and I'm confused how the garage was worth £40000+ but Fiona only paid £4,500 for the hairdresser's ,did Mike own the building out right ? Does Denise still own the hairdresser's building or was she leasing it Confused it's been playing on my mind!😂

StillCoughingandLaughing · 29/07/2020 11:54

Denise said she was selling the lease, so yes, Mike must own the building outright.

Smallsteps88 · 29/07/2020 12:10

I think denise was only giving over the rental lease on the building (Building is owned by someone else who we don’t know?) so for a years lease £4.5k sounds right but mike owned the building the garage was in so was selling the actual property.

x2boys · 29/07/2020 16:27

That Steve ,he's a one isn't heHmm

eggandonion · 29/07/2020 16:52

Takes after big Jim so he does.

SnakesOrLadders · 30/07/2020 12:47

Steve and his eye rolls 😂 it’s constant!
I really enjoyed the ladies night in scenes and the racing syndicate ones also. The large group scenes and dialogue were so much better back then quick and snappy.

SnakesOrLadders · 30/07/2020 15:54

Steve gaslighting nasty shit isn’t he?!

x2boys · 30/07/2020 17:59

Yes ,he's a nasty bastard ,glad Vicky has finally seen through him though .

StillCoughingandLaughing · 31/07/2020 12:02

Why is ‘Ooh, isn’t Ken’s nanny young?’ a storyline in its own right? It’s a snooze fest. (Also, who the hell thought she and Ashley would make a good couple?)

eggandonion · 31/07/2020 13:12

They are both sweet, she's an earlier version of clur.

PoloNeckKnickers · 31/07/2020 15:11

Ashley definitely got squeakier over the years!
