If Fiona shags Jim, then doesn't that mean in modern Corrie that Emma might not be Steve's daughter?

Our Terry has absolutely no redeeming features does he? Well he's a good looking chap ,but that's it ( and that wears off in later years) .

I was in a bar in Manchester once and saw the actor who played Our Terry ,he was eyeing up my friends younger sister who was undoubtedly a very pretty girl but only about 16 or 17 at the time whereas he was probably about 40 it was the 90,s though

Don is a vile character, but wholly convincing - one of life's victims, everything is always someone else's fault - prone to bitterness and self-pity. Josie had him sussed and she is well rid of him.

Don has the same accent as my builder, who has vanished.

Don is an excellent character. Very convincing. I tired of CS a few years ago and stopped watching, partly because there were too many characters, all pretty one-dimensional.

No, I have money and a list of jobs for my builder. He is the fussiest workman I have ever met.
I don't really like Kelly, but I'm cross with Ken. And Ashley for only thinking about rumpy pumpy, an expression I haven't heard for years!

She's like a forty year teenager 😂,Fiona is winding me up she's so arrogant and she treats Maxine terribly ,if I Maxine i would have told her where to go.

I'm about a month behind with this (I have 40 episodes backed up on my box 😳) so I'm just in the middle of the Jim / Liz DV storyline. Shocked at how Steve, Andy and Vicky are all Team Jim!

I practically cheered when Billy cut Jim dead at the bar and said he had no truck with men who hit women. Hardly anyone else seems to think it's a big deal 🙁

Well acted, mind. I think Charles Lawson does scary violent drunk really well. You can see the rage brewing as he gets tanked up.

I came to check my humax box wasn't on the blink. Only one episode.

My father was an alcoholic an was often very verbally abusive especially to my mother.She put up with him because ''divorce is wrong''.She also said that if she left him he would end up in the gutter and people would blame her for it!
His own father was also an alcoholic and a womaniser.My grandmother stayed with him because she too thought divorce was a sin.She eventually left when he had insulted one of her close friends which ended up with them falling out.

The actress who plays Lily Dempsey was also in last Thursday's episode of Dempsey and Makepeace.

She played an eccentric cockney Jewish dressmaker, called Mrs Lilac.

Can it have been pure coincidence that Corrie came up with Lily Dempsey as her characters name?
