We have been discussing the series Our Girl since the first one aired in 2014 and are now on number 56! Occasionally between discussions of Our Girl, we watch the 1990s series of Soldier Soldier.

There was a bit of initial squealing from me magi then I demanded that the others stealthily approach with a large cup - when it ran from me, I left no stone unturned until I located it - couldn't bear the thought of it lurking and it was HUGE!

They all know that Georgie is losing it big time. That's a low blow from the Brig to say "Whether you can continue in the army" - not really his place to suggest that.

Poor Georgie - she is having a rotten tour.

The brig reads Georgie the riot act and she is down for a psych assessment. Hardly surprising given her recent antics.

There was a lot going on in that episode, ladies. I feel quite drained!

Yes that was a really good episode. They covered so many things and did it very well. All the comparisons we made to series one shows that the standard was back up to what made us all get so involved with OG.

We'll need a new thread for next week - any views on a title? I don't want to upset anyone, as you well know!

Yes, back next week. Not sure of a new title. Now we know there will be no more series, we might need to reflect that. Maybe we could echo the previous controversial title and call it "Our Girl RIP" or "Our Girl - Thanks for the Memories", or just "The Our Girl Appreciation Society (Thread)". I'm sure there must be better ideas.

Our Girl Revisited?

Afraid I can't come up with anything inspirational by way of title Ilove. Couple of good ideas already I like either "Our Girl Appreciation Thread" or "Our Girl Revisited".

I like Our Girl Revisited - no doubt we will many times over!

I will be a little bit late joining you this evening as I have to perform a taxi service at 9pm, but start without me and I will catch up with you by about 9.15 hopefully.
